Chase Bank

So, I figured since I received such terrible service at another Chase bank location it would be appropriate to give a good Unilocal review to the branch in 4S Ranch. All of the employees at this location are very kind, considerate of my time, and professional. They always look up if they are with another customer to acknowledge me and tell me they will be done shortly. The business bankers are helpful, the branch is clean… it is just a nice place to do your banking. I highly recommend this location!

I go between two states throughout the year, and love banking with Chase! While I have to have another bank (they don’t have branches in Minnesota) I have noticed the remarkable difference between the two banks (Wells Fargo being the other). The staff at Chase is friendly at every branch I have been to, including the one at 4s ranch. I had to go in to deposit some checks and to get a cashiers check, and had no problems. I was able to meet with a banker to help me with all this right away. I wish they had branches all over, because I can not stand Wells Fargo and most other banks in Minneapolis. Wells Fargo gives you random fees that you have to go in and get removed for no reason! Wells Fargo has incompetent bankers as well, and I always end up angry leaving.

First thing I noticed walking in was how formal and professional this Chase location. I was then helped kindly by Wagma, she brought me to her desk and got me started and gave me options and told me all the services possible. Conversation was very relaxed it felt like I was talking to a friend but still with chase bank formal talking. Wagma got me through my whole new bank account easily and quick! Could not be anymore satisfied as a customer at Chase Bank

Banks are banks. This location is easy to get to and isn’t hard pressed to up sell their customers. I prefer this location compared to the others I’ve frequented. Thanks for keeping my money safe!
Their Drive Thru ATM is easily accessible and their parking lot is very easy to get in and out of especially during the weekdays or weeknights. Avoid this place on the weekends for sure. You can thank me later.

Reading the reviews I would agree that the personnel at this branch is special and they do try hard. Working with them to get a business loan may be another story. After applying and being told by the loan officer that there would be no problem getting a LOC credit card to do the business we needed to do witha 18 month no interest program we got declined stating that we had «derogatory comments» on our business report. So we asked them what report they got and we were told to call a 800 # that took us to Experian for a personal credit report. I called them back and thought they had just given me a wrong number and they thought they had and gave me another number and that to was to Experian for a personal report. Long and short of it is that I ended up paying for both my personal and business reports that show NO Derogatories and when I brought this to their attention they said I could review and reapply in 6 months! Frankly, their attitude and follow thru and obvious information needs help. Do not recommend them. Been in business for 27 years and never have had this kind of attitude after confronting them on comparing their source of information. Bad customer relations.

Convenient location with nice staffs! Very spacious building and the service is quick every time I go here–

Why put the drive-​thru ATM out back where it’s dark and scary?
Don’t use at night!
It’s also hard to reach, hard to drive up close, and you can barely see the screen during the day.
Other than that, Chase overall still has free checking and a ton of locations all over the US.

The worst bank I ever used. I am so glad I dumped them. On Feb. 8, 2011 there is going to be a huge fee hike. Free checking is gone and there is going to be a $ 10 monthly service fee. I’ve been with Union Bank and I am a happy camper. I am so glad I dumped Chase

Having used several different banks, this is the best bank branch that I know of. The office is nice and new (being in 4S Ranch) with a drive-​through ATM. Most importantly, the employees are exceptionally friendly and helpful. I’ve only done day-​to-​day transactions there (deposits, withdrawals, bank wires) — nothing big like a home or auto loan. But for some reason this branch is the most professional of any Chase location that I’ve visited. Maybe it’s the water up there in 4S Ranch.
