Check ‘n Go

The women employees here have attitude. They are nasty to each other and the customers that come in. The only reason I put two stars is because they cashed a check ok but they need to leave the attitude at home. This is a place of business not high school

This place is amazing. Not only was the staff knowledgeable they do there best to make you feel like a guest in there home not just another customer. The manager Marcela knows her stuff and helped me choose the best service. I will definitely come back here and recommend it to my friends and family.

Customers beware when using this Check N Go store for any services. From day one I was treated like shit by the so called «MANAGER» Lydia. My first contact with that bitter woman was a complete fail. She has no clue of what customer service entails. As I was waiting in line for my turn I witnessed Lydia practically yelling at an elderly woman who had forgotten her SS benefits letter. The poor woman apologized to Lydia about 10 times & asked her to give her s chance because she needed the money to pay her bills. I clearly remember the older woman looking back at the other customers almost in tears. My stomach turned & I felt so bad for her but Lydia just sent her away without pitty! When my turn came around I could tell she was angry & irritated by the fake smile & no eye contact. I felt so uncomfortable but made my transaction & left feeling disgusted with what I had witnessed and my personal experience. I unfortunately had to return (location is convenient) hoping and praying that I didn’t have to deal with Lydia again however she was there and although there was anither woman there she made every attemtp to be the one I had to deal with, again I got the same bad attitude, angry, bitter person! I thought this day would be different giving her the benefit of the doubt because we all have our «bad» days but nope, she was rude, loud & disrespectful to the staff. I again had to experience that terrible feeling and disgust having to deal with this monster! Today I called to get some info on a balance I have and «Lydia» answered the phone (not surprised) and I asked her kindly to please help me with some questions I had on my account. She immediately said she couldn’t because she didnt know who I was– I was like really?! I gave her my nane and told her I csn provide all my personal information. The woman placed me on hold & after 15 minutes came back on the line and said «oh you’re the one that never comes in & we take payments from your bank account». I said yes you know who I am and all I need is the balance. She then asked «why-​are you gonna pay it off?» I said well if its what I’m hoping itbus yes I want to. The she said well I’m sorry but I can’t give you any infirmation. At this point she has made me angry & I raise my voice & talk over her and ask If I could speak to soneone else snd she says «I’m the manager» and hangs up on me! This horrible person is a BITCH! To this day I don’t understand how she is a manager. I work in customer service and would NEVER treat anyone like that-​EVER! I will never set foot in that place again. I now understand why there is so much turnover with their staff. I have seen how rude & cruel she is to those poor young ladies & young men that work there. I wish more people came forward with their bad experiences with that woman.
