Stopped by after a little shopping expedition just after 1pm. Surprisingly no line, the staff was great, dirty floor. order the chicken bowl, a little light on the chicken, chips were stale and a little on the salty side. Great that they offered water first.

DANNYIS A SUPERSTAR!!! I went to chipotle around 9pm to get dinner after work, I was working in the area and would head home which was a good 25 minutes away. This young lady was extremely welcoming and helpful, she helped me customize my meal, while using the bathroom I left my wallet and phone. I realize how stupid this makes me sound but oh well, the point is that when I got home and realized I didn’t have my things I called and rushed back there. Danny picked up she was the one who had found my wallet and phone while cleaning as she told me when I spoke to her. I want to congratulate the person who had the insight to hire this ethical, honest, hard working young lady. I’m sure such an act reflects the atmosphere and professional manner of the management and team but I just want to emphasize on this in case Chipotle HQ looks into the reviews. Danny was the person who –kindly greeted me and customized my meal for the most of it, –was cleaning when she found my things and –picked up the phone when I called in extreme stress. I hope that the company and management are aware this girls extraordinary effort. Even an hour before closing her energy level was amazing! I cannot thank her enough! Thank you!!!

Quick service, I came here when they were offering free burritos and it was as if they just predicted the rush that was about to happen. They were on it and I was in and out and minutes. Food was good and it didn’t seem rushed at all.

Decent Chipotle. Was not the regular one I normally go to — as I tend to hang out the one at Poway. Last time I went it was kind of messy — almost like a storming just happened. majority of the sauces were gone, mind you, I adore the pepper sauce with my rice bowl. And the utensils were all gone. I asked for some spoons and a pepper sauce and got a totally new one. Looks like we just came in after a huge mob finished eating since after we finished eating, the place got restocked. Don’t come to this location often, but it’s okay.

Parking is quite ample as they have most of the old Mira Mesa mall parking to work with. Service is okay, as they were mostly busy prepping ingredients, so they only had one person on the line. Although when going through orders they go fast, making your item in less than a minute, and they even process your payment in a blink of an eye. The food is quite good, as all the ingredients are fresh. While customization is nice, variety in dishes is lacking, as all the items are pretty much the same, and the only difference is how it is served to you. Prices are okay, especially for a base item, as a pack a lot in to it. But sadly adding guacamole or chips is quite hefty and most Mexican taco shops include those items for free. Quick, convenient and filling!

The servers were very fast and efficient, and compared to some other spots I’ve been to, this Mira Mesa Chipotle doesn’t skimp on ingredients :)

Ecoli doesn’t scare me lol. I still ate at Chipotle. Food is always the same and you get what you expect. They are obviously strict on portion control. Can I have more, more, more, more lol. It feels awkward when you’re greedy with the food. Good for corporate, because they save and profit. This location also has new employees with no common work sense. Get on the line when you see customers and don’t forget to bag the food. There was one lady out of all of the staff who was super friendly. She’s probably the Shift Manager, you’re doing great girl! :)

Staff is friendly. Facility is clean. Food is bland and lacks taste. Seasoned rice — tasteless Barbacoa — tasteless, room temp Barbacoa burrito was less than mediocre. When this location first opened, the ingredients were flavorful. 3 stars only for the friendliness and cleanliness.

It’s a Chipotle. They sell Chipotle food. Employees are friendly and like to talk to people, portions aren’t bigger or smaller than one should expect, and it’s conveniently located.

Our experience today at this location was different than other times, a woman bt the name if Felicia who apparently is the General manager was working at the line, she failed to great us and her verbal skills with the staff, informing them on the policies of Chipotle as well as the tone if her voice was very harsh. This general manager needs some training on how, when she should be providing this information. It was very disruptive as my daughter and I sat eating. Our previous experiences have been quite delightful the crew is always very friendly and great us with smiling faces. Cristina

I’ve been to location five or six times, both to grab takeout and to dine in, and have pretty great experiences. Most frequently, I use the Chipotle application in order to place an order and run in and out real quick. The staff is always friendly when I arrive at the register to pick up my order. The few times when my order wasn’t ready, the staff once again was friendly and got it ready right away. The food quality at this location does seem much better than some other locations that I’ve eaten at all around the country. Sometimes the chicken can be too fatty, but not even once at this location. The only reason they are missing a star is because sometimes my picky order wasn’t quite right. Slight bummer, but honestly it won’t kill me that they gave me the lime cilantro rice instead of the plan white rice.

Fast and friendly service. I ordered a burrito with a mix of chicken and carnitas(wanted the steak, but was pre warned by my burrito artist that the beef was spicy. Thank you!) and a side of the chicken for my favorite 4 legged friend and a soda. The total was $ 14.20 which I thought was a bit pricey, but judging by the size of the masterpiece being created especially for me, I figure I will get at least 2 meals, maybe 3, so not a bad deal. Being a So. Cal native, Mexican is my fav go to food and I like to try different places to get a good variety of choices for my well established Mexican pallet. The food was awesome, fresh, flavorful and filling! Champ was also quite content! We will definitely be back.

I used to go here a lot after cycling class. After an intense cardio workout, you definitely need fresh and whole foods to refuel your body. Chipotle claims to be the first national restaurant chain that only uses non-GMO ingredients. I would get a steak bowl with brown rice, steak, medium salsa, corn, sour cream, cheese, lettuce and of course guacamole.(Be prepared to acknowledge that guacamole is extra). Don’t forget the Tabasco sauce(chipotle version). A whole bowl is enough for two people to share as well, you will be charged for extra meat but the other ingredients are free if you ask for extra. Double the rice and double the veggies, there’s no way that can’t be enough for two people. I haven’t tried a bowl with the carnitas, chicken, barbocoa, or sofritas(tofu…) I’d also recommend getting the burrito. The only thing that I didn’t like too much about the burrito is that everything isn’t evenly distributed so sometimes you just end up eating only rice or only the meat part, etc. Some insider information, order a quesorrrito instead, they prepare the tortilla with melted cheese, then they fill it up with their fresh ingredients. This place is spacious and clean. You get your food pretty fast but be prepared for a line out reaching the door. The burritos and plates are quite filling. Prices do seem to vary at times. Seeing how the restaurant runs, it’s not surprising that Chipotle has been successful.

So happy theres a chipotle in Mira Mesa! Love this location, lots of parking and staff is friendly plus they give you a decent amount worth it for the amount paid for! I usually get a bowl with steak & barcelona, sour cream, corn, black beans, tomatoes, chipotle sauce, and salad on top!!! If you want a salad bowl, get salad on top bc it’ll give more room for more food!

This is one great place and I will come here again and again, One time I came to buy food for my company and I forgot my wallet I ordered my food and everything was ready and then I realize I didn’t have my wallet, the manager came out and gave me $ 40 worth of food for free and I think at this point, I need to give them good review and also thank you!!!

I like Chipotle in general because they pride themselves on serving«food with integrity». I came to the Mira Mesa location on a Friday at noon and I was expecting to wait in line for some time. They had a lot of people prepping food, that there really wasn’t much of a wait. All the food prep people seemed happy and into what they were doing, they were smiling and friendly. Five stars for the happy employees working that day. I typically get the veggie bowl as I did today. Brown rice, blacl beans, fajita peppers, tomatoes, lettuce, guacamole, and cheese. The food was as expected. And their chips! There’s something about Chipotle chips that I really like. Light salt and a lime-ish taste.

Second time here. There was only a couple people in front of us and the line moves fast. This time we didn’t share. The meat options are chicken, carne asada, veggie and they have tofu too Yay! I ordered a chicken bowl w\ all the fixings. See the attached picture, ate all the guacamole. They gave me a big scoop of it too. Next time I ask for more lettuce! Hubby ordered a burrito. it looked humongous. Not surprised he ate it all haha. We also shared blackberry izze drink. If you eat there, there are a few Tabasco options. We liked the smoked one, tasted like BBQ! The staff seemed nice enough, the cashier she was really friendly! Probably visit again

I really don’t know how I survived without chipotle. It was a recent discovery, about a few months ago, that we found out about chipotle and its burrito bowls. Whoever came up with this idea is seriously a genius. It’s like a subway, but with burritos and burrito bowls instead. The workers behind the counter is like a well-tuned assembly line, so although the line is long, it moves quickly. I like to get my bowl with brown rice, black beans, extra peppers, mild and hot sauce, half chicken half steak, corn, sour cream, cheese, lettuce, and toritilla on the side. And it is always so good! This particular location has good service, and most of the time not stingy with their meat servings. It does get busy during lunch and dinner hours, but you won’t have to wait long, and parking is never an issue with the big lot at the mall. Chipotle just makes it really easy to eat relatively healthy food compared to other fast food chains, at a very reasonable price($ 7.50 burrito bowl), while not sacrificing quality of taste and flavor!

I have to give it to Chipotle… Although this isn’t my favorite«fast food» joint, it does pack a punch with the large portions and adequate servings. We came in for a quick dinner and I was pleasantly surprised that they offered more options than my previous visit. I ended up getting a bowl($ 7) with half steak and half barbacoa(pork shoulder). The steak is a bit tough and the pork shoulder is a bit on the salty side. Luckily, I put a lot of toppings on so that the dish isn’t as salty. I also got lettuce, salsa, corn, brown rice, sour cream and guac(extra $ 2). My bowl ended up being like a plate because of how big the mound is! Could have definitely shared between 2 people. The staff is extremely nice and patient. I asked several questions and they answered my questions with a smile. The restaurant is clean and lots of indoor seating. Parking is ample and is located in the Mira Mesa Mall next to Starbucks and Baskin Robbins.

Chipotle is my lifeeee! I never used to like chipotle because I couldn’t never finish that huge burrito. But that wasn’t until I found out about their burrito bowls. I love the fresh ingredients that you can customize your burrito/bowl exactly how you want it. Chipotle has definitely stepped up their marketing over the years. Priding themselves on fresh organic ingredients. Boorito Halloween costume deal, playing an app and learning on their website about where their meat comes from to get free burrito offers. This location is definitely one of the best on service. Always friendly. Today we tried sofritas and it’s not bad. It looks like Mabo tofu with some extra flavoring. It’s a great vegetarian option but for around the same price I’d probably choose something else for my taste. The only thing I hate is how a measly spoonful of guac costs an extra $ 1.95.you can find me cringing everytime I watch them spoon the guac on. Prices going up. yet sometimes the portion size is getting smaller. Whyyyy…
