I have over 12 years experience as a criminal defense attorney. I was voted to «Top Attorneys» in Criminal Law-​as published in the San Diego Daily Transcript in 2014 and 2013.

In 2015, I was recognized as a Super Lawyers Rising Stars, an award that recognizes only 2.5% of lawyers in San Diego.

Established in 2005.

Mr. Ham was admitted to practice law in 2002, and opened «The Law Offices of Christian M. Ham» in the summer of 2005. Since then, he has successfully represented hundreds of individuals in criminal and DUI cases.

Voted Top Lawyer in Criminal Defense in 2013 by the San Diego Daily Transcript and selected as a Top 40 Under 40 by the National Trial Lawyers Association.

Mr. Ham is an award winning attorney and was voted «Top Attorneys» in Criminal Law in 2014 and 2013-​as published by the San Diego Daily Transcript. He was also named to the Super Lawyers Rising Stars 2015.

In 2002, at the age of 25, Mr. Ham became licensed to practice law in the state of California. Mr. Ham earned his Bachelor of Arts from the University of California at Riverside in 1999 and a Juris Doctor from California Western School of Law in 2002. He passed the CA Bar on his first attempt.

A fluent Spanish speaker, Mr. Ham began his legal experience at the Legal Aid Society followed by Federal Defenders of San Diego. He then worked with the state Public Defender’s Office and joined a private criminal defense law firm in 2003.

Mr. Ham’s goal is to provide clients with the highest level of legal representation while maintaining honesty and affordable fees.
