Im a contractor that probably dose not look the part. I went in to special order 5 chrome metal strips that only could be bought at tile stores. Daniel a sales person that works there was helping me out, when a very rude lady with bleached hair rudely interupted and told him not to helo me and instead do somethinf else. There was only me and one other person looking at tile, there was 3 employees there. she told me to go to Miramar to find what I needed. I bit my tongue and walked out, there is something wrong with this lady thinking she can brush off someone like they dont matter. Very disgusted with this individual. If it wher a guy the outcome would have been different. I hifhly recommend for anyone to go across the street to Tile & Stoneforce they will treat you right.

These guys are great! They treat small home remodel jobs with as much care and attention as the big guys! Charlie always makes sure to get my orders fast & keep in touch about the status. I’ve placed several orders here & I’ll keep coming back till my house is complete! Charlie & his staff are always super helpful & have great suggestions about accent tiles, quality materials, coordinating pieces etc.
I had to save up money between orders of travertine & they let me come back & swap out my old stack for one that matched perfectly!

Great selection and fair prices. I did feel really bad for the delivery guy though. They sent one guy to deliver my stone order. He busted his hump but brought in all the stone. They were a pleasure to deal with.

This store might have everything you might need and price is reasonable but I wouldnt ever recomend this store to no one. Before you get any work done by these people make sure you look them up under
. There license is suspended. The installers dont even have licence as well. I got work done by these people and the workmanship was poor. I just want people to be aware and dont make the same mistake I made. Also make sure if you do get work done you make a contract with them i made the mistake of making just a verbal agreement.

I needed to find beige cove base tile, which apparently is like needing to find mecca. Thankfully I found this place. Carlos is EXCEEDINGLY helpful; friendly, prompt, efficient, and a total joy to deal with, as opposed to the wretched woman I spoke with at DalTile.

The quality of the products and the workmanship of the installers is very good. The prices of materials and installation on most things seemed reasonable. However the communication between store workers and installers was nonexistent. And, incorrect supplies were ordered when the correct item was lying on the desk. Patterns for tile that were discussed in store did not make it to installers. Incorrect amounts of flooring were ordered and priced. It was an ok experience… but make sure to follow up and check everything.
