Jeff is a very talented Landscape Designer. He is a great listener and will incorporate all your desires into the new landscape plan. With a firm grasp on native species, Jeff is able to create drought tolerant landscapes that thrive with minimal maintenance. After writing my initial review, Jeff contacted us to respond to our concerns. As usual, Jeff was reasoned, and his responses made sense. Subsequently, Jeff contacted our landscape contractor to discuss followup actions for replacing plants which didn’t do as well as originally planned (e.g., we had originally installed Corsican Mint, but it was floundering, so needed to be replaced with something that would do better in the location).
We’re appreciative of Jeff taking the time to respond to our concerns, and then reach out to the landscape contractor to assist in selecting replacements.

I love what Cleator Landscape Design was able to do with my yard! I have a very challenging space because of size and some existing trees, and on top of that I wanted to have a sustainable landscape to reduce my water usage and maintenance. They were able to design the yard to maximize the space I have, I have to do very little to keep it up, my water bill has gone down drastically, and it looks amazing! They were very reasonably priced and professional. I met with several other landscapers, and Cleator seemed the most knowledgeable about local plants and the most creative. The owner came out personally to meet with us, and the work was fast and was exactly what we asked for. I have recommended them to several friends and will use them again in the future.
