Cloud9 Real Time

Cloud 9 Realtime was recommended by our accountant. There customer service is very poor. Each time you need help, you are on the hold for over 30 minutes. I would not use them. I have not tried it, but I am ready to give QB online a try.

Great guys jumped right on and fixed the issue in minutes which was not an issue really it just loading Cloud 9 onto a new computer and it was easier for them to do it than me. We have used them for years and they are always there even on the weekends. Great Folks Highly recommend them. patrick Little Critterz

Cloud9’s hosting service has saved us valuable time getting our small business up and running. Now our accountant can remotely access QB and we don’t have to worry about lost data — superior service and an outstanding customer support team. Specifically, I’d like to call out Edward F. because he was very helpful and walked our team thru the entire setup process on a step-​by-​step basis as we requested. Some reps skip steps or seem rushed/​disengaged but not Edward! He’s a real asset to Cloud9’s team!

Cloud9 is a hosting company that I started using 2 years ago for a finicky client. I chose the service because of it’s friendly user interface and hosting capabilities.
What I received was far beyond my expectations.
The client data file was difficult to move over and the Cloud9 support was excellent in handling the transition. The support staff went above the usual service to accommodate the multiple calls my clients sent in on how to work the service.
The staff was friendly knowledgeable and worked with my client to always make sure they were satisfied.
I have used different cloud hosting services and this one is far superior in the level of support. First and very important they will call you. Talking to a live person when there is an issue is unheard of today. Secondly, they follow up which is a key to making sure the client is satisfied and everything is working
I can truly say that with their service I feel as if we have a full time support staff working for us.
Let’s face it we are not all able to be technological savvy. But is is very nice to rely on a company that has that knowledge and not only that works with you to make sure your technology is working day to day.

Something must have happened here in the last year or so. Very similar experience to the other poor reviews. It took 5 weeks for them to get our server going and then it never worked. Their support staff gave us excuse after excuse and never arrived at a solution. Our assigned «account manager» had no idea what was going on. When asked questions he should have the answer to, we got answers like, «I’m just in the billing department.» DO NOT WASTE BUSINESS TIME AND MONEY. Go elsewhere.

All I can say is wow. These guys helped push my business to the next level. They were super easy to work with, and extremely professional. I was able to shut down my brick and mortar office and have my ~20 employees telecommute, and now save about $ 80k a year in rent. Additionally I can literally work anywhere and collaborate with my employees on ever changing projects. These guys are A+ in service, support, and will save you headache after headache. The best day of my professional life is when I threw my server away. Thanks!

I would highly recommend Cloud9 as a hosting service provider. I own a CPA firm and I also own an advisory practice that teaches best practices using cloud technology solutions to CPA firms, law practices, technology companies, and a range of other industries across the U.S. My accounting firm came to Cloud9 specifically because as part of our work we are routinely testing new software, we have a staff that is fully virtual and that is located across the U.S., and we work with our clients in a fully virtual environment within the U.S. and internationally. It is safe to say that I work with dozens of technology providers each year. I cannot say enough about how personally invested the entire Cloud9 staff is in helping their clients succeed, in responding to unique needs and support issues as they arise, and how happy my staff is with the speed and reliability of our server and related Cloud9 services. I have noted the other review listed here, and can only say that I am closely acquainted with a number of small, medium and national accounting firms who use Cloud9 and have echoed my experience. I have also dealt with the billing and other areas of Cloud9 and cannot say I have had anything like the experience mentioned by the other reviewer. As a growing company they are of course not exempt of having the occasional obstacles, but listening to and responding to the needs of clients is so important to Cloud9 that they have just established a Client Advisory Board in order to ensure that they are getting direct ongoing feedback from the clients they serve. If issues do arise (which are generally related to new applications we are trying to set up and our own learning curve about each one), the Cloud9 team goes above and beyond to help us move forward quickly and successfully.
Based on the excellent service we have received from Cloud9 ever since we became a new client, we have been excited to continue to expand our relationship with them, and thank them for being such a huge contributor to our success.

DO NOT use this service to host your business application. We used them to host QuickBooks. My staff was on the phone with customer service (when we could reach them) almost weekly to try and get their service working. Final straw was when almost half my staff couldn’t access our database. Took Cloud9 three days to fix the problem. Now they are refusing to refund part of our last payment even though we cancelled our service mid month. Also, they do not give any type of credit when you are shut out of their service for a day or more.
