Established in 1998.

Shirly Chwalowski aka «Jellybean the Clown» has been in the business of helping and entertaining young people and people of all ages for over 20 years. «It’s always been a part of my character, the desire to make people laugh.»

As a young person herself Shirly volunteered at the Boys and Girls Clubs in San Diego and was later hired on as a staff member.

She later worked at the YMCA and worked summer camps for 3 seasons as a counselor.

Jelly Bean the clown has worked for many years entertaining at charity events including the Childrens hospital as a volunteer as well as being a foster care clown and elderly care clown.
