I am sorry to learn that this company has closed. The couple that ran the store were very nice, helpful and treated me fairly. The gentleman who I had taken my Panasonic massage chair in to for service went out of the way to assist me and keep the charge to a minimum. The nearest repair center for this chair is now in Anaheim Hills and that is quite a drive.
I wish the proprietors all the best in the New Year and thank them again for their fine guidance and assistance.

I was treated pretty much the same way when my Energy speakers were repaired under warranty. Despite a known manufacturing defect that Energy had authorized them to repair, Carlo insisted it was my fault due to abuse and if it were up to him he would not fix it. I wonder how a shop stays in business treating their customers this way. At least now I know he wasn’t singling me out. I would give them ZERO stars if that were possible.

They fixed my plasma TV. I am pretty sure they are both gay.

Just had my Panasonic 50in worked on by «Archie & Edith Bunker» and couldn’t diagree more with the ranting reviewer known as Scott P, who cleverly searched the web to come up with a late 70s sitcom reference. I had a basic warranty repair done and service was great and got it back within the time frame that «Archie» had discussed with me. The place looked clean enough for an eletronics repair shop and no sign of roaches… I will keep an eye for one the next time I need something repaired. I will definitely use this place again. I feel obligated to write this review because I just used the service and had pleasant experience. Both the owner (perhaps the «old man» another reviewer referred to. By the way, he is not that old) and the lady (not sure if they are a couple though) were nice. They explained to me the problems with patience and took their job seriously. It took about two weeks to fix my DVD player including one week it took to order the parts. As a result, I am satisfied with their service. Customers have to keep in mind that these days, places like these do not make a lot of money as people just replace broken electronics instead of repairing them, so should not expect to walk into a place like a Lexus dealer (otherwise you and I would have to shell out a lot more to pay for that, right?). I had mine repaired only because it is still under warranty and it is part of a Home-​Theater-​in-​a-​Box system. I will definitely use this service again in case I need to have something repaired.

This place is run by two elderly people that appear to be a couple. They are extremely unpleasant people. I took in a defective speaker for warranty repair and right off the lady who I will call Edith Bunker freaked out at the invoice I had printed questioning the authenticity. Then Archie came out, tested the speaker which had a blown driver and accused me of abusing my own stereo equipment. When this speaker failed it was no where near maximum capacity. The old man was a total D! CKHEAD. The little facility was nasty and trashy in total disarray with a little piece of sh! t dog in the lobby.
They took 2 weeks to test the speaker, again and order parts. Idiots. Then it was another 2 weeks to get it repaired. None of my emails or phone messages were returned. Their customer service is extremely poor. When I did return to pick it up Old man archie was in the process of killing the biggest freaking cockroach I’ve ever seen! Nasty place, nasty people, nasty business.
