Meet the Business Owner

Karen C.

Business Owner

Karen Conde is Founder and CEO of Conde Group, Inc., which she formed in 2003. Earlier in her career she held various executive level positions within the training and staffing industry.

Karen earned her BS in Business from the University of Arizona. In 2003, she founded Forgotten Victims, a 501c3 non-​profit organization that provides support to victims of catastrophic, non-​substance related vehicular accidents. She is also a member of the California Staffing Professionals Organization, National Association of Female Executives, Project Management Institute, Women in Technology Institute, and Women’s Business Enterprise National Council.
