A Japanese form of complementary or alternative medicine, developed (or rediscovered) during the latter half of the 19^th century. «Reiki» (ray-​key) is Japanese for ‘universal life energy, and is also a word used to describe a system of natural healing, This tradition was founded by Dr. Mikao Usui in the early 20^th century and evolved as a result of his research, experience and dedication.

Reiki is a non-​invasive form of energy medicine that balances the body, mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually, enabling the body to do what it does best. Heal itself!

Reiki assists in accelerating healing from injury/​illness, promotes relaxation and stress reduction, reduces or eliminates pain. Reiki strengthens the immune system, assists in clearing emotional or physical trauma, and offers quality of life support for those who are aging or in hospice care.

Born and raised on the Southside of Chicago, Tim Conners was born into a large, vibrant, and talented Irish Catholic family. He began sensing and seeing spirits at the age of 5, however his religious upbringing taught him to fear these experiences and to treat them as evil. Tragedy and family illness kept Tim preoccupied throughout most of his childhood and prevented further investigation into his abilities. Until later in life after attending college to be an Elementary School Teacher, Tim’s psychic gifts began to expand gradually. It was a near death experience that opened up many of Tim’s abilities significantly and all at the same time. This quick opening created a spiritual crisis in Tim’s life and began his journey of diverse spiritual education assisted by many talented Lightworkers that would assist him to develop his skills of Empathy, Psychic Ability, and Mediumship.

Tim explored several different methods of spirituality in his quest for development which created his well ro
