Rudest cashier ever! This guy was such an ass to us. Because he got busy he kicked out our group because we were «blocking the bathroom door» hello! We are trying yo purchSe! Well he lost our business.

Paid $ 12 for the car wash and it still had so much dirt and grime on both sides, hood and trunk that the towel (they give you for free) was black after I wiped it down myself… Even though they have attendants that dry it for you! Even the license plate looked like I just used a hose to spray it off! I went inside and told the attendant it was the WORST car wash I’ve ever received. and all he said was «ok»… Is there something you’d like to buy now?” I did buy my gas here very frequently but I won’t be coming back anymore…

Zero stars if I could, negligence In their work when I had them change my pulley sprocket, costed around $ 1200. They used wrong parts which costed $ 2000 more in damage and repairs and when confronted about the problem to the manager he did not accept that his work caused the damage and refused to even listen to what happened to the vehicle because of the work I had them do. Now involved with the B.A.R. and reporting them. Do not make the same mistake I made just because they’re AAA approved.

They have always been on the mark when it comes to diagnosing issue and upfront about cost. They have always completed my services on time. I have everything done here from normal service to engine overhaul.

Family owned and very nice people that works there. Service is relatively cheap and precise. They will always be real with you. I always get my carwash here for their special which is cheap and you can go multiple times a month if you want.

I have been taking my vehicles to Coronado Shell for18 years and am totally satisfied with the quality and skill of their mechanics. My Father has been taking his vehicles to Coronado Shell for over 30 years when it was under previous ownerships and still does under current ownership. When I take my car in for servicing and recently to replace the water pump I see the owner, Ed who greets me and asks about my father and family. The mechanics are skilled and the prices are reasonable. A good auto repair shop is really important to me almost as important as a good physician and dentist (almost)… I’ve taken my vehicles for servicing closer to my home (Alpine) and wasn’t impressed and paid more for what Coronado Shell charges. I recommend them and will continue having my cars serviced and repaired there.

I go to this gas station for anything car related from change oil to car wash to gas. I love their deals on car washes and a discount on gas. When you get a car wash employees always hook it up with free towels and air fresheners. Service is friendly and will accommodate you for anything.

I would give this place 10 stars if I could. Came here to get an oil change. What an amazing experience, got a great deal and plus super fast at what they do. While I was waiting got myself some snacks from the market that they have attached and also after got done with my oil change. I filled up my car with gas and you gonna great deal on Carwash buy pumping gas with them. Why go and drive to many places when you can get all of them done in one spot gas, oil change, Carwash, smog and snacks. And they have great customer service and amazing friendly staff. Highly recommended. Great deals too.

I came in on 2÷3÷15 for an oil change and felt so welcomed and we’ll taken care of! They had me in and out within less then an hour because they knew I was on my lunch break from work. They kept updating me on what actions were being taken and gave me a free car wash. The owner is sooo friendly and welcoming who comes out to meet all the customers with a smile and shakes your hand. It was such an impressive service that I decided to come back again on 7÷13÷15 for another oil change on my lunch break and met the same exact expectation as my previous visit. Highly recommend this place based customer service and skilled me mechanics!

I and a business trip with a last minute need to have my car serviced. The mechanics were so understanding of my sense for urgency that they treated this with priority. My car was ready within two hours! They even had my car cleaned looking brand new! I couldn’t believe how professional the staff were and understanding! My car was also working like brand new. I truly felt like a VIP! The owner even called me later the same day making sure I was satisfied with the service! I would recommend this place not only for their quality service and timeliness, but dedication to customer service as well. Simply amazing!
On a separate yet somewhat related note, I couldn’t help but notice how much the owner looks like the late Robert Kardashian Sr. :)

I come here as an alternate choice than the one on Palm Ave. The gas here is a little cheaper for the super. There is also a car wash here.
I was in need of a car wash after the rain we had. My receipt was valid for 14 days and today was the 14^th day so I needed to use it before I wasted some money on a car wash. The guy at the front guides you on the track. Once you are on the track, he will ask you if you want a token and a free towel. Cool. I always get it cause it is free! Once your car is on the track, you put your car in neutral and don’t step on the brakes. You are guided through the car wash as soap is on your car and the red and green cloth brushes through your car. The next step is the water rinse, and then the exit. Once you exit, put your car back in drive and pull up to the guys that dry off your car. They hand you a scented paper to put in your car.
I just do not like how this is on the corner near the freeway. It is hard to get in and out of here. The gas is a little cheaper here. I like coming here for the car wash though. Great service!

A little cheaper than other Shell stations down the road. 20 cents off the gallon if you get a car wash and they hand dry. Sometimes you get a free token for vacuum, an air freshener or little car rag to keep your car sparkly.

A few weeks ago, I went to fill up and get a car wash (as always), however, my back window was a little opened because it was broken, I was aware it would get wet inside but that did not concern me. To my surprise, Salwen and Mayrin went above and beyond to help me fix that! They «pulled up» my window and covered the gap with a big bag and tape. Once my car was washed, they removed it and cleaned with a cloth that area which was covered during the wash. That is EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE! Thanks for caring guys! :D

With integrity I must remove 1 star for the reasons below. Gratefully it doesn’t really affect their rating.
Update:
Prices have recently increased. Now $ 5.95, $ 8, $ 10.95. Not a huge deal, but if it increases anymore, the tight squeeze and maneuvering in/​out may no long be worth it to me. Just being honest. Vacuum nozzles have been changed as well. They look nice, but I find they are harder to reach tight crevices in my car. I’m developing a collection of vacuum tokens. Maybe I can sell them back for a free wash? Haha
Staff is still awesome and friendly. They give out FREE hot dogs to their customers on the weekend with a smile! I always decline, but I’m grateful for the offer. Great group of people and I’m still happy to support their business. Still can’t beat the 20 cent per gallon has savings! Check them out at least once if you haven’t. Peace!

My go to place to wash my car. I haven’t got my car serviced here. $ 5 for the car wash with a free vacuum. Also the guys are really sweet and funny when they hand dry your car after.

Customer service is lacking but it is usually clean and easy to get in and out of without a hassle.

It’s 20 cents off per gallon, if you opt for a car wash. You usually get an annoying prompt at the pump display, asking if you want a car wash, before pumping your gas. This time, I figured I could save some money, especially with today’s gas prices. So, I selected ‘yes’ to a car wash. Besides, I hadn’t gotten my car washed in about six months.
They have a separate vacuuming area, before the car wash entrance. I like that because I can vacuum my own car and make sure I get the areas that I want to get and avoid the areas I don’t, like my cup holder that doubles as my earring and ring catcher.
I was greeted at the car wash display, prior to entering, and prior to drying my car. I was given an air freshener patch and asked if I’d like a complimentary towel, as well. Very nice staff. and I saved some money!

Very rude manager. (Not very bright either) they don’t seem to comprehend basic English. Combine that with their lack of desire to be helpful and you have a recipe for frustration. Oh and beware when you use their credit card machine at the pump, it overcharges you and their response is, «If you choose to use the outside machine and something goes wrong it’s not our problem.»
