Liz is awesome. She never lets me down and I am always impressed with how she colors my hair. I will never go to anybody else!

I still can’t even believe how incredible Amy and Val are. First, Amy completely transformed my short dirty blonde limp hair into gorgeous mermaid hair, exactly like the pictures I had shown her. Second, Val did my makeup for my wedding and it looked awesome, all day, even into the next morning!
Amy has excellent communication and kept me calm about my wedding beauty needs in the months leading up to my wedding. On the day of the wedding her and her team arrived at our getting ready location on time and they did amazing work on all of the girls! We all looked beautiful. I seriously couldn’t have been any happier.

Val does an amazing job! She is a freaking wizard with color and she does beautiful work!

Liz is amazing! I have trust issues when it comes to my hair and she never disappoints. I’ve done cuts, color, and bridesmaids hair with her over the years. Shes even done my event makeup a few times as well. She’s really talented at what she does and even takes the time to educate you on home care to keep you hair fresh and looking great in between cuts. Highly recommended for anybody looking to try a new stylist!

LEXI is the best! She is super knowledgeable, great to talk to, and has years of experience. That girl knows how to blow out too! I felt like a movie star when she was done with me! Thanks for making me feel great! :)

This review is for the hair salon ONLY, as I was very impressed with Amy Midlam the Esthetician.
I discovered the salon through a promotion I bought, which included both services with Amy the Esthetician and the hair stylists. One would assume this promotion was done to gain new clientele?! If it was, they failed miserably. I was left feeling very uninspired by the overall service. The staff at reception barely broke a smile and the salon was always empty. I received both a hair cut and a separate blow dry from this salon. Unfortunately, I felt like they treated me like a ‘promotional customer’, instead of a potential new client i.e. ‘Get her in and out as quickly as possible, with as little work as possible, as she isn’t «paying» full price’. Very disappointing. I was currently looking for somewhere to settle, but this salon isn’t for me. The décor is wonderful, but if the staff are uninspiring and ‘flat’, then why would I return to pay $ 50 for a hair cut, that I can receive down the road for $ 20 and experience both a cut, customer service and atmosphere which far exceeds this salon. I’ve had my hair cut at many a ‘trendy salon’ and unfortunately I expected more from Couture Hair Bar, but was instead left wanting.

I have been going to Kelly over 10 years! She is the best in the business! I have had all colors of hair from black to red to brown etc! I always tell her exactly what I want and she always delivers every time! I tell all of my friends to go see Kelly!!! I will follow her wherever she goes! Kelly is the best!!!

I love this place! Beautiful décor coupled with tremendously talented ladies who all care. Especially Amy the esthetician. I have had several facials with her and my skin feels absolutely amazing when I am done. I am so relaxed and feel like I have had a facial from the Ritz Carlton. She is very sweet and always informs me about specials that they are offering. I can’t wait until I go again!

I made an appointment through Unilocal and showed up at the scheduled time. Paige, my stylist was ready to take me when I arrived. She washed my hair and gave me a great scalp massage. When it came time to cut my hair she paid close attention to what I asked for. She cut and styled my hair exactly as I requested.
She is a very sweet and talented stylist and I will surely schedule my next appointment with her.

Kelly has been doing my hair for over 5 years… I even followed her to this salon. And I can absolutely say that it has been such a pleasure to work with Kelly. She not only listens to what I want, but she offers her expert suggestions on other hair styles and colors. I have never walked out of her salon nervous or unhappy with her work.
I have been to salons in the past where I had to wait 15 minutes or longer. But Kelly has always been on time and she works efficiently (not spending 3 hours for a cut and color). In addition, she is always accommodating with my sporadic work schedule.
Kelly is such a kind and happy person that I look forward to getting my hair done by her. She is friendly and easy to talk to which makes the time goes by fast. Over the years, I have gotten to know Kelly and I consider her not just my hair stylist but also my friend.
I would recommend Kelly to anyone that is looking for a reliable, professional hair stylist.

I was referred to Couture Hair Bar by one of the owners friends. I have called several times left several messages for Amy and she has yet to respond three weeks later. Very unprofessional. I WAS going to hire them to do my whole weddings hair and makeup but the fact that they can’t get back to me after calling several times is a little ridiculous. I will make sure that everyone I come in contact knows NEVER to come here due to the unprofessionalism. I will gladly take my business elsewhere!

Yes that’s correct if you have thick hair you do not want Kelly to do your color. I asked her if she could do an ombré and I walked out barely noticing a difference in color it’s defiantly not her expertise. What a wasted $ 155 dollar! If she states a redo it’s a redo with a charge! Went back for redo and asked to stick to the ombré, she agreed but when everything was done she ended up giving me highlights on the right and left of my face and none in the back. I understand dark hair is hard to lighten but if she would have done it correctly the first time I wouldn’t be so upset. So unfortunately this is first and will be the last time I trust anyone with my hair.

Got a facial by Amy and loved it! My skin looked amazing afterwards. Made an apt with her via text the day before! Great salon, reasonable price, excellent products.

Amy, the owner, is amazing– she does a great job and she’s super easy to talk too. She always tries to squeeze her customers in and is flexible with her schedule. She knows a ton about products depending on hair type and doesn’t try to oversell like a lot of other hairdressers do. She’s genuine in her recommendations and really knows color and what’s best for your hair. The salon itself is really cute, clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend going here and seeing Amy if you can. The other stylists seem very good as well but I’ve only gone to Amy. Highly recommend!

If you have thick hair please think twice before letting Kelly do it for you, she obviously doesn’t know how to work with people who have thick hair… i had a keratin treatment done and she said the longer you wait to wash it the better it will take! Well i waited for five days before i washed my hair and my friend who referred me to Kelly said you need to tell her because that does not look right it shouldn’t look the way it does it looks like you didn’t even get it done! Of course i wasn’t expecting it to be straight and i sure did not expect it to be the same as when i went in either what a waste of $ 170 dollars! ! However, since she was redoing my Keratin i did not want waste her time so i decided to have her do the cut and color as well but oh well once again because i have thick hair now the color didn’t even look any different other then she was able to color all the white hair but forget about the highlights… What another waste of $ 185 dollars!

Still waiting to set an appointment after a week of trying! Andrea came into my workplace and was very friendly and sweet when she convinced me to purchase the pink sugar packet for my birthday. However the whole thing seem really sketch when I’ve tried calling several times and nobody would answer. Even the answering machine wasn’t set up with any business information so I wasn’t even sure if it was even a legit business at all. So I walked into the salon yesterday morning to try and set an appointment before I leave for Vegas this weekend and nobody was in the front to assist me. Instead a lady who seem to be stocking products told me that the rep. Wasn’t in and had no idea what time she will be coming in so I left my name and number. Shortly a woman (name started with a C I believe) called me back and informed me that the next available appointment was on tues after my bday weekend in Vegas. Obviously I was very disappointed since the only reason I bought that packet was for my bday! She mentioned that the manager wouldn’t be in until 1pm and promised me a callback at 1:30. I ended up having to call them back around 2:40 and left a msg. Still waiting for a callback. Super sad that I won’t be looking cute for my bday… Seems like nobody here cares for that. :(

I had my wedding hair and make up done, along with my bridesmaids, by these lovely ladies. Amy is AMAZING. She is patient and does exactly the style you want. The makeup looked natural and beautiful for the pictures. It was not cakey at all, and it lasted all day and night (along with into the next day due to our early flight). I HIGHLY recommend them for anytime and especially for weddings!

If it was not for the hairdresser that does my hair I would not come back to this place. Owner sadly does not know how to run a business. Always out of color, rude, all over the place. Place used to be awesome now it’s dirty and starting to look run down.
I wish my hairdresser could just come home and do my hair so I would not have to deal with all the bs that goes in this place.

Couture Hair Bar is such a fabulous hair salon… love the décor and the whole vibe… super chic!
Niki has been my fav, go-​to hair stylist for about 6 years now. She always gets it right and I am always a very happy camper when I step out of her chair! She’s worked with me during my short hair phase, long hair… red hair, brunette… highlights…peek-a-boo’s — you name it, she does it to perfection! She also did my hair for my wedding and a few of my friend’s weddings — so accommodating. She’s super knowledgeable & keeps up with all the latest trends/​techniques. I’m always asking her questions & advise, and she always has an answer… she even taught me how to tease like a champ! Please never stop doing hair!!! As long as you’re in biz, I’ll be there ;-)

Couture Hair Bar, Tara and Amy in particular, are awesome! I’ve received hair cuts from Tara at other salons, but none are as nice as this place. This is the Ritz of salons. Great job and keep up the good work!
