Oh Joel… Oh Mary… Oh you amazing Crisps! Joel was one of the very first vendors that we met with that my husband gave an immediate thumbs up. Extremely easy going and cool. He has won best videographer on the Knot but his prices?! Wow he truly loves his craft and wants to make it available to anyone. They were like ninjas on our wedding day and although we are not used to be on film didnt even realize they were there. Every bride knows their big day that they had been working so hard and planning and late nights and countless decisions, everything seems of the utmost importance… but when that day comes man it goes by fast… too fast. I thank God every time I think about my wedding that we had Crisp Video be apart of it. Now almost three years later I watch my video when Im feeling nostalgic, I watched it when I was home prego and hey sometimes (ok a few times ;))my husband and I have watched it and slow danced to it. Im a very type A personality but he went back and forth and just perfected out 5 minute introduction to my 120% satisfaction. He made a cinema of our hearts of the wedding video. Heck Joel even dropped off the whole dang edited piece so I could have everything. Everyone would like to love what they do when they grow up and its very obvious The Crisps have achieved that. Over the years I have recommended him to 100% of all my girlfriends who have became engaged. You guys are THE best!

He did an absolutely amazing job!!! Very professional and easy going. He made the whole experience very easy and stress free. I didn’t even notice them throughout our wedding and they got every incredible moment perfectly! He is not to expensive. You would think you paid twice as much for the quality of work they do. Without a doubt I highly recommend them.

Just watched our wedding video from Joel Crisp and his crew and it was just as expected… phenomenal!!! Fantastic editing and captured all the special moments of my perfect day. Very smooth and great quality in both picture and sound! I would definitely recommend Crisp Video and Photography to anyone looking for the perfect wedding photos and video! We had Joel and his crew provide video services for our July, 2014 wedding and he did not disappoint. Our highlight video is amazing and the actual video is flawless as well. On the day of the wedding, Joel arrived in the bridal suite an hour before his contracted time, and they stayed late into the reception to get a few key moments that wouldn’t have been captured if they had left at the contracted time. Joel and his team definitely go above and beyond. If you are on the fence about whether to hire a videographer for your wedding, hire Joel and you won’t regret it. We almost didn’t have one until we met Joel because I just didn’t love any of the other vendors. I have watched the highlight video more times than I can count, and you can basically request almost any type of shot, etc and he will do his best to get it. Joel Crisp is awesome! He is laid back enough to make you feel very at ease and natural, yet he is completely on his game. His skill and personality make for an amazing wedding day videographer — not to mention his fabulous prices! Joel is also just an all around great person who truly enjoys what he does, and this is apparent in the work he produces. If I’ve ever made a good decision it was Crisp Video!

Joel and his team were absolutely amazing! Very courteous and professional… I would Highly recommend them for wedding videography! The price was very reasonable after doing much comparing and calling around. I accidentally stumbled across this page an saw my aunt and uncles wedding picture as his default picture! I was in my a uncles wedding and the photography crew was very good and produced beautiful images!

We were originally not going to document our wedding on video because of the added expense. Then we met Joel at the Bridal Bazaar in San Diego and we were highly impressed by his work but also his affordability. The day of our wedding, we assumed it was going to be just be Joel but he had a crew of at least three and they had cameras literally everywhere. All the best moments of our wedding were captured. Joel also provided a highlight video after our wedding which brought us to tears with emotion. It was nice to have that and to be able to share it via social media with our family and friends. The turnaround time for the final product was less than 5 months which is way sooner than we were expecting. The video quality is immaculate and we could not be more satisfied with the overall work. We went from not even considering a videographer to having one and it being the single most indispensable treasure of our special day. Thanks Joel!

I highly recommend Joel Crisp! I’ve heard that one of the biggest regrets from brides is that they didn’t hire a videographer. I can understand that now. When I watched that video for the first, second, third, etc. time, I could not get my goofy grin off of my face. I was able to relive our wedding day, watch the interactions between my husband and I for the first time on video, and see moments that I was not present for (my husband playing with my nephew earlier that day, the gazebo falling right before I walked out, and so much more). Joel was always quick to respond to emails/​calls, was professional, was incredibly understanding, and best of all… captured our wedding perfectly in his amazing video. We paid for his platinum package and are so happy that we did. We have multiple copies of our wedding video (over an hour long) and our montage which we could put on facebook for friends and family. Also included was the «Love Story» that we shot the day after our wedding (due to our schedule constraints), which I will treasure just as much as my wedding video. Joel did such a great job of capturing all of the moments from our wedding day, including special little moments that pictures just can’t capture. I was always afraid that a videographer would get in the way, but Joel was practically invisible! He looks at these videos as a piece of art and it shows. I feel as though his videos truly show the couple’s personality, something that not all videographers can capture. Joel was very understanding, despite the fact that I was planning a wedding from across the country with a fiancé that was deployed at the time. He is a great person as well as a great artist. You will be very happy with the final product and with the customer service that he provides his couples. I am!

Joel Crisp and his team were awesome to work with from our initial consultation down to the spectacular DVD and Montage we received!!! We were so thrilled with the finished product. He caught moments that our photographer completely missed like our first kiss. He rigged up my husband with a tiny little microphone so he even caught all our tiny whispers to each other, so cute. The HD quality of the DVD is a really awesome perk and so is the fact that he captured us from like 4 different angles due to his multiple cameras and crew who managed to be completely invisible and stayed out of the way during the wedding. You guys won’t be disappointed by his fantastic work and calm attitude on your wedding day. The DVDs he delivered were beautifully packaged!
