History

Established in 2007.

In 2007, Crystal received her 1000 hour Holistic Health Practitioners (HHP) certificate from Pacific College of Oriental Medicine (PCOM) in San Diego, California. At PCOM, Crystal also earned her Asian Body Therapy certificate where she learned ancient techniques such as Shiatsu, Thai Massage, Tui Na, Moxibustion & Fire Cupping.

Business Owner

Crystal is a multiple state and nationally certified Holistic Health Practitioner, Certified Massage & Oriental Bodywork Therapist. She studied massage and oriental medicine courses at Pacific College of Oriental Medicine. She practices a variety of modalities, which allows a customizable treatment. Her massage style is a combination of these modalities specifically tailored to your body and any specific conditions.

Crystal is passionate about food and nutrition as well. She is currently seeking out nutritional certifications and additional massage courses to improve her technique. She has an interest in holistic healing and nutrition in the belief that the body can be an amazing machine with the right nutrients, bodywork and exercise. When not relieving aching muscles, Crystal is an outdoor enthusiast; she enjoys hiking, biking, running, yoga, dancing, cooking, reading, attempting to sing and laughter.

I was having the hardest time finding an exceptional massage therapist when I first moved to San Diego, until I found Crystal. She has an intuitive knack for finding your problem areas and perceptively knowing how to work the area until relief and release arrive. I have many injuries from commercial fishing in Alaska for 11 years and Crystal’s massages are where I find the most relief. She is a talented, kind, and genuinely wants to make relief happen.
