We started this business to bring enterprise-style IT help desk support to the home and small business user. We were tired of calling for tech support, having our calls routed to foreign countries, and paying obscene amounts of money. We want to provide localized, top-of-the-line support that will keep you coming back any time you have issues. You are our priority. We want to help you take advantage of the technology that is available to you.

My name is Mike Gage. I was in the Navy for 11 years, and then got out and started going to school. I have an Associates Degree from ITT Tech in Computer Network Systems, a Bachelors Degree from DeVry University in Computer and Network Management, and I am in the process of getting my Masters Degree from Keller Graduate School of Management in Information Systems Management/Project Management. I have always dreamed of starting this business, and was finally able to do it earlier this year. Customer support is my absolute priority, which is why the business name begins with «Customer First». Give me a chance to tell you what we can do for you.
