Beware of poor Owner Manager problems. Especially in office and for security officers on day/​swing.
1) The American greed. Late and bounced checks. Personal car that gets hand washed and waxed, that seems to always gets washed at his company’s expense. Bling Bling $$$ into Mr Wilson’s pocket. **Greed**
2) Unpaid for 15 minutes before and after shift. **DOL violation** (Heritage security got sued because of this violation)
3) Verbal abuse, curses and down grades his employees. **Anger, foul language, and bullying**
4) Hazardous working conditions, forced rover drivers to drive dangerous vehicles and breath in gas fumes. **OSHA violation**
5) Doesn’t allow employees to Voice Opinions just wants you to look professional, greet, wave, and don’t get involved. Doesn’t allow guards to think for themselves, wants everything to go through him first. **Constitution and Freedom of Speech violation**
6) Watch out this is a «wolf in sheep clothing», he says he’s Christian, but to be honest he is just after to get the contract with one of the big churches in Point Loma. You fail at volunteering every Christmas, maybe you should start with your company problems. A guy taps on his shoulder and he says «You have 30 seconds to get your hands off me.» This threat coming from a Christian? **Greed and Anger**
