Washer and dryer are still running smoothly, a year later! Thanks guys!

This place has been a headache from the second day. They NEVER return any calls. I do not exaggerate. We have had to go to them in person to communicate, and that is only my #2 complaint. My #1 complaint is, they do not follow through on their 90 day guarantee. We have had a problem with the washer making an unbalanced noise after the first week. We tried balancing it ourselves per instructions from the technician that delivered it and finally called D&J to send someone out after the first month passed. We got no response. Every message we have ever left them, including the first week before delivery and installation has been met with silence. We have called and left messages for almost two months and finally made the time to go to their shop in person. After contacting them in person, we were promised they would call and send out a technician the following day. Jesus guessed the problem may be a faulty water pump. No one has called since and our calls have gone unanswered again. No surprise there. Now we are forced to call an appliance repair tech and pay them to fix the problem.
This after the initial scare of not ever receiving the washer and dryer set we had paid a deposit on in the first place. After 3 days of no response the first round, we were finally able to make contact with them and then we were told the set we originally made deposit on is now mysteriously damaged. Jesus replaced it with a bigger set for the same price. That is the only nice thing I can say about them.
I strongly recommend going to someone else for your used appliances. There are many other options in SD that have similar prices as D&J.
