History

Established in 1991.

As a senior at the University of California San Diego in La Jolla, Dan and his roommate were ahead of the curve. They understood how important real estate was and would be for every adult. Over the next 22 years Dan has worked solely in San Diego and thus he understands and appreciates the unique facets of the local market.

Business Owner

Dan Keyes is currently a loan officer with San Diego Funding. He has over 20 years of industry experience. As a direct lender, he has access to all of the loan products out there: conventional, FHA/​VA, USDA, Jumbo, and also specialized Portfolio loans for unique borrowers. Lastly, Dan doesn’t work alone but in fact surrounds himself with the best to create a complete and more than competent team. Each person on his team has more than 15 years of experience in real estate and together the four individuals have nearly 100 years of experience between them.
