Janessa crafted a gorgeous thumbprint keychain for Father’s Day for my husband. The process was really easy! She sent me the molding supplies by mail with detailed instructions, and provided a bubble mailer to mail the molds back. I received the finished keychain in a very short amount of time. I am used to waiting several weeks or even months for handmade goods, but Janessa was really fast! I am very pleased with her work and customer service, and I will be ordering from her for Christmas gifts! Thanks Janessa!
