Whether it is simply adding a door, or building 50,000 square feet of space — our focus remains the same — to provide the most consistent, high quality outcome each and every time.

History

Established in 2004.

Tenant improvements have been our primary focus from day 1. 8 years later we are doing the same thing… only smarter and faster with cost and schedule reductions returned to our clients.

Meet the Business Owner

Mike T.

Business Owner

18 years ago Mike entered the construction industry as an apprentice electrician. He obtained his Journeyman’s card 4 years later, then his electrical license the following year & worked in both the field and the office. Given the opportunity to join Ninteman Construction as a project manager he found his nitch in the tenant improvement division for 4 years, then joined forces with DPR doing the same. In 2004 Mike went out on his own and started DCT, the rest is history!
