All of his vehicles are salvaged title. No financing offered because banks won’t finance salvaged cars. Not even credit union with perfect credit score. He lied to me about original damages on the Red 2014 Tacoma TSS. Took truck to Bonds Automotive for an inspection just a few blocks away. BOOM… A whole list of things David (DMG OWNER) lied about.
Bent bumper supports, painted tailgate, crooked bumper, painted side panel, painted reqr of cab, overspray all underneath the truck, broken mount for uderside of bed.
David originally said there was only bumper and fender damage, totalling just $ 1,500. Well, you can’t salvage a Truck valued at $ 26,000 with just $ 1,500 in damage. In case you don’t know, a «SALVAGED TITLE» is given to a vehicle when the damages exceed 75% of the vehicles market value. Keep that in mind! Damages would have been around $ 19,500!!!
Now Go LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE, OR ELSE You will be SCREWED!

My husband and I came here and almost bought a vehicle. Thank God we decided to run the VIN. We were wondering why the car was $ 5k under MSRP! First of all my intuition bells were firing on all cylinders just in the ten mins we were there. There was something fishy about the whole deal– (so many warning signs!) Including the owner and his friend who waited for us to look in complete silence. We were handed the keys and the guy walked away leaving us in the dark to look at the car (which was missing rear head seats). Another warning bell was when we agreed on a price and he said there was no financing (practically one of the very few words he said to us and normally salesmen don’t stop talking). «Cash only.»
That had to mean something — which anyway gave us time to research and sure enough– BAM — it was a salvaged title. He never even mentioned it as he handed us the quote. I almost wish I would’ve asked.
Buyer beware. Best money ever spent running a title report and priceless lesson learned to stay away from rinky dinky dealerships such as these! He must buy them auctioned for dirt cheap then mark them under retail value and make a killing hence the brand new Mercedes parked out front of the office.
I instantly went to Unilocal and saw people’s reviews were similar to ours. I wouldn’t doubt this guy has his friends write the good reviews! Thankful for Unilocal!

Highly recommended. Excellent deal. I bought a 2014 White Tacoma couple weeks ago. I love it, very well built excellent condition. Thanks to Mr David, very honest man, every thing straight up front no BS or sales techniques and awesome deal. At first I was a little worried due to some negative reviews which now I know it was their misunderstanding. I took the truck to my friends shop for an inspection all the parts were in good shape and original, I waited to fully test the truck for more than 2 weeks before putting any comments. I drove it all the way to north cal just to make sure nothing is wrong with the engine. I love it. Once again thank you Mr David for your honesty and great deal that U give me. I recommend DMG to my family and every one else.

Be careful buying from these guys! They don’t advertise that many of the cars that they sell are actually Salvage Titles
Look at their advertisements on Craigslist or Autotrader and you’ll notice that there is no mention of the car being a Salvage title. It’s even the same on their own website. No mention of the car being a Salvage title anywhere!
These guys are super shady and will use any trick and tactic to bait you into a sale. Don’t believe anything these guys tell you!
If you google the VIN (usually provided in the listing), you can see the complete history of the car and the status of the title. Do the research, you’ll be happy you did.

I highly Recommend this Dealer to all my friend and family, Dave the owner is great, honest person I bought a 2011 Tahoe he helped me a lot, it was quick to get the registration and license plate, Dave is very friendly, funny and great person will definitely do more business with him in the future, you will not be disappointed if you buy a car from here.

Overall — Good Value. Lots of Choice. Transparency. I would recommend them to anyone.
I bought a 2010 BMW 328i convertible here in October 2010. Yes — it had a salvage title. but Dave was completely transparent about that right from the start — and even showed me the photos from the accident the car was in. (I get the impression they buy most of their cars at auction, so they have all the photos.) NOBODY was trying to hide that fact.
The price was very fair. Not ‘fire sale giving them away’, but probably a few hundred bucks less than I expected. The car had been VERY well rebuilt. In fact that afternoon I took it to a mechanic who put it up on the lift and we went through it. The repair work was very well done, and the replacement parts all of high quality.
The transaction was smooth — he took a check without my having to go to the bank and pay for a certified check (which really irritated me about buying new)…and about 3 weeks later the license plate and the stickers arrived in the mail — exactly as promised.
Now, there were a few minor things about the car that needed a bit of work after the purchase (washer fluid pump sensor… and 1 or 2 other things…) I brought the car in a month or two later and he fixed them for me. He even found the 2^nd key for the car and held onto it until I came back to their place.
About a week after the repair, Dave called back and checked to see if everything was OK.
They have a lot that is about half «luxury cars» — 3 – 10 year old Mercedes, BMW and Audi (again — mostly salvage titles, but well built), and the other half are run-​of-​the-​mill perfectly routine cars that they saw value in.
I had my heart set on a convertible BMW… but I didn’t want to pay $ 30k for it. I got what I wanted… and I feel like I got full value for my money.
I’d recommend them to anyone who is looking for a good deal. Recognize that this is a ‘value oriented shop’. If you want a fancy cup of coffee from the dealer, a parts department that sells sweatshirts with the BMW logo on them, and a bunch of sales guys in suits this isn’t the place for you. But if you want to save a couple grand on a semi-​luxury car… and you know exactly what you want… I would definitely recommend them. They certainly treated me fair.

Called them on a Wednesday interested in seeing a car. I called them at 8:10 pm and asked what time they closed. The sales guy said «8 pm. Oh yeah we’re already closed.» The next day (Thursday)I called again at 6:55 pm making sure they still had the car I was interested in. They did still have it and again I asked them what time they closed. The answer «7 pm.» What? I guess they don’t want the business.

Thank baby jeebus for Unilocal.I just got my loan from Navy Fed and was ready to go check out a truck from this place. The Unilocal reviews prompted me to search the VIN online and sure enough, the truck I wanted was a salvaged title even though their ad and website does not mention this anywhere. Shady business practices!

Wow! Thank you for writing up all you did about this dealership, it saved me a trip to an auto dealer that is falsely advertising their vehicles. This is why Unilocal is amazing! You all were right about the salvage title and thank you for that link it was very helpful.

In the past two years I have purchased TWO cars from David at DMG Auto Gallery. I found him to be both ethical, fair and responsive. He conducts business with extraordinary integrity, not only during the purchase, but afterward as well. Both of my vehicles (purchased over a year apart) have been extremely reliable. David was completely upfront that they had salvage titles and encouraged pre-​purchase inspections. He also provided pre-​repair photographs and a current Carfax report. After a complete inspection, the only issue the dealership could find with my first vehicle was that it was out of alignment. David paid for the $ 100. repair. FIVE months later when my check engine light went on, David has his mechanic inspect it at no charge. The problem was a crack in the gas cap. David promptly replaced the it EVEN THOUGH HE HAD NO OBLIGATION TO DO SO. My experience with David was so positive, that a year later I purchased a SECOND vehicle from him. It was fully inspected by an ASE mechanic and found to need a set of front brake pads. David requested that the repair be made by his ASE mechanic who was less expensive. To save time, I chose to use my mechanic. David offered to split the cost. Today both vehicles are mechanically sound and continue to run like tops. I would refer friends and family to DMG Auto Gallery without hesitation. I am a demanding consumer. Months after my last purchase, I can still report I am completely satisfied with both of my transactions. If you want a road worthy luxury vehicle without a luxury price tag, you can trust DMG to deliver the goods. I have. TWICE.

I’m going to put it out there, if you go to this place after you read my warning, you deserve what you get.
The two crooks there David and Hasaan should have their business license permanently removed. I bought a RAV4 from these guys with a clean CARFAX. I made the second mistake (first was going there) by not getting it inspected by an independent mechanic. He would have been able to tell me that the vehicle had over $ 5000 worth of damage underneath the vehicle. I found out about this damage when my wife went to get an oil change at a local mechanic. They refused to change my oil without first replacing the damaged oil pan. Well that was only the tip of the iceberg of the damaged parts. Long story short, we were driving in a dangerous vehicle and brought the piece of junk back. After much arguing and threats they agreed to take it back, but I lost about $ 3000 in the process.
They suck!!!

Do not buy a car from these guys! I did some research on some of the cars and found out that they were salvaged vehicles. When I asked the salesman about the cars and mentioned that they were salvaged he immediately told me to leave. Do your research and google the vin numbers.
