Dr Cheng’s Dental Office

I’m very disappointed. Customers service is really terrible and unacceptable. The lady in front of desks is so rude. I believe she needs more training the way how to talk to patients as customers. I come to get the braces done paying by my money. I didn’t ask or conjure her to do free for me. Terrible day!

I have been seen by Dr. Joe and Dr. Charles Cheng for 30+ years, I count them as the best there possibly is. I have persistantly troubling to bad teeth and I still have all but one. Whether on an emergency visit or routine visit I have never had them cause any additional pain or any mistakenly diagnose the problem. I have never found anyone in their office to be anything but caring and polite. Anyone I have recommended see them have been over the top satisfied and appreciative that going to the dentist is no longer scarry or dreaded, I am truly surprised there were any negative Unilocal.My family and I can’t thank them enough for the care we have received all these years,

I got braces done here by Dr. Shauh as a child. I had them for six years. Things were ok. until a few years later, when my bottom teeth started shifting again, even with regular retainer use. I still continued to go there regularly for routine teeth cleaning. Every time, the dentist would tell me that my bottom teeth went crooked, and she could fix it «for a discounted price» (even though it was their mistake in the first place).
Fast forward a couple years. I started going to a different dental office because of insurance. This dentist told me that whoever did my braces had shifted the foundation for my teeth so that now, my gums were receding, and I was likely to lose two of my bottom front teeth (only 25 years old and losing my teeth already). Not only that, but apparently I had a few cavities that Dr. Cheng’s office failed to point out to me, so busy were they pushing me to get more braces to fix their poor work. Let’s focus on the important things, shall we?
Terrible experience, not only for a job that wasn’t even well done, but that actually damaged the whole structure of my teeth. Wow.

Set appointment at 11am for both my wife and I. Arrived at 10:30am sharp to fill out paperwork. Still waiting for see doctor 1 and half hour later. Wife went in and took 20 X-​ray because the technician is new and doesn’t know how to take X-​ray. I would not recommend anyone to come to see this dentist.

I used to love coming here, now I hate it. The front desk ladies are so rude. My mom came in just to take a look at her teeth because something was wrong, and they wanted to take a X-​ray when my mom already took one a few weeks ahead. So when my mom left they wanted her to pay just for coming in to take a look at her teeth, they didn’t even do anything for her. Some of the dentist here are so hard handed on your teeth too

Very professional and honest. I have insurance coverage and they only do what is necessary. I’ve been going here for over 10 years now and will continue to go as long as they are in business :) Thank you for taking great care of my teeth!
My only suggestion would be to have an answering machine with a message that tells patient their hours of operation. Because right now, the phone will just ring when they are closed.

I’ve been a patient at Dr. Cheng’s dental office for many years and have seen numerous dentists during that time. I’ve never had a negative experience. And they’ve always been willing to work with me on making payments.

I have gone to Dr. Cheng’s Dental Office for all my life and have really appreciated the personal service there. Dentists there are professional and well-​trained. Most of the dentists there also bilingual and can speak Mandarin if it’s your preferred language. I highly recommend Dr. Cheng’s. Say hi to Dr. Huang and Dr. Cheng for me when you go!

I had my teeth cleaned here and all of my molars removed. Nobody likes going to the dentist so Ill give it a 5
