I can’t say enough good things about my experience at D’s. Tom Doan, who helped me on a Saturday morning, was super nice and professional. He fixed a dent and broken part in my Rolex President for an insanely cheap price. I will certainly be going to D’s for any future watch service.

My Rolex view ceased operating therefore i research in Unilocal Rolex view restoration in San Diego View Services came out, therefore i had taken my view and i also spoke to him individually and i also experienced comfy adequate to go out of my view with him for his security around the restoration price and so on. I bought my Rolex back again from this point and my view was completed remarkably, maintaining proper time. I had been provided ideas how to deal with my view. I experienced really comfy realizing that Ron Gordon does all his restoration focus on property. I am going to be suggested this spot to all of my family and friends. His services was outstanding.

My late husband used Tom Doan for years and I found out recently that now I’ll be using him too. I want to say how kind Tom Doan is. His receptionist is also very sweet. I have been going in with my watches to clean, service and other things and not only did Tom remember my late husband with such fondness it brought me to tears he is just a downright good old fashioned good businessman. Hard to find sometimes in todays world. Feel secure your watch is in good hands with Tom!!!

Can’t ask for any better. Had one watch that needed a new battery and a new watch that needed to be sized. Receptionist was super polite and friendly, technician accomplished both tasks in about two minutes, all for $ 14. Great service!

I have never experienced the type of service D’s offers. Instead of driving to Orange County (I live in Murrieta) to have my watch shipped to New York, I was able to by-​pass the middle man, and Mr. D fixed my watch as I waited. And they are probably some of the nicest people you will ever encounter as well. Now I need to get my husband’s watch in for service. I will only trust this company from now on. They’re the real deal!!! Thank you!!!

Truly great service for a very reasonable price. When it took longer than expected to fix my watch band, they still honored their price. I highly recommend this company!

Awesome place. Came here around 8:00am right before I had to go into work and I needed to take links off my new watch. They were able to accommodate me right on the spot without an appointment or wait. The cost to take links off was $ 5. Super cheap. The people here are professional and super nice. I definitely recommend this place and will be back for any watch needs I have in the future.

What kind of watch do you have again?
Timex all the way to Rolex is not a problem, they can take care of you. If you do have a Casio or Timex it will be probably better to get a new one if a simple battery replacement doesn’t cut it.
Now for the other watch owner, this is the place to go. Tom the owner did say to me that the major jewelers send their work to him so why not cut the middle man and just head over to D’s Time Watch Service to save a bucks or even hundreds. It’s really up to.
As for me, I just found the place to go for my repair.

I received excellent service from this establishment when I arrived late on a Friday (just a few minutes before closing time) to have my watch band adjusted (which only cost $ 6). I received speedy and professional service from Mr. Tom Doan, who stayed late to help me. He also cleaned and polished my ring at no additional cost. Amazing!

Wow, Tom was so helpful and gracious with my watch! It was an old, busted Rolex that I wanted to salvage by modifying to update it, and he did an excellent job! Look at the before/​after photos, amazing, no?
And I couldn’t possibly have gotten a better price.

Quick service and cheap. Went in for a replacement battery. Took about 7 minutes and only cost me 10 dollars. You have to love fast and friendly service.

This is my 1^st review on Unilocal!What can I say I took my wife’s rolex watch to be repaired and met the owner. Super nice guy spent time with me and told me more than I have ever known about Rolex watches. This guy knows his business about Rolex. Came back two weeks later as promised and WOW looks like new!!! Will use again and close to my Offcie. Glad to leave this review.

Super fast. Replaced multiple batteries within one of my nixon watches. Did it all in about 10 mins and was very friendly and polite!

My watch started running slower, and when I got up this morning, and it was 45 minutes behind, I decided it was time to get a new battery. I didn’t have time to go to the regular place that I use for batteries (Precision Watch Repair), so I turned to Unilocal for a place closer to home.
D’s was downtown, so I went there, and boy, was I surprised. When I took off my watch, and handed it to the receptionist, she said, «I’m sorry, we don’t work on Timex watches.» So she said she would check with the guy in the back if they could replace the battery. 10 – 15 minutes later, a gentleman comes out with my watch, drops it on the counter in front of her, and goes back into the back of the shop. This business is seriously lacking in their customer service skills.
The new battery was $ 6, and I had to sign a form as to what I bought, and how much it cost. This I found very strange, along with having my watch just dropped on the counter. I’ll never go back there, and will continue to use Precision Watch Repair, where they believe in customer service.

HOLY GUACAMOLE!!! these guys ROCK!!! Now that I have that out of the way, here is my story.
I recently inherited my Grandfather’s 1946 Rolex Oyster Perpetual Datejust and it was in poor shape. I assume by how it was (kinda) running the last service was done in the late 1940’s. I initially took my watch to Rolex in LA and within 5 minutes of dropping it off they promptly gave it back and said they won’t even open it to look at it and left me with a card to the AWCI referral directory. Long story short, they did what even the manufacturer wouldn’t attempt, and made this watch look and function better than new!!! I am beyond amazed on how great this watch looks and it now keeps time perfectly! Ill let the photos do the rest of the talking!

I took my non-​working Tag Heuer watch in based on the great Unilocal ratings. I wasn’t sure if the watch was even salvageable.
I was met by a very pleasant girl at the counter. She took the watch back to the techs and they spent several minutes disassembling and testing, then returned to kindly explain why the watch was pretty much DOA.
The tech laid out my options and there was no charge. This company gets five stars for courtesy, promptness, and honesty. For any future needs, this is where I’m going!

I’ve been to D’s a couple times. First was to get a quote on a Breitling repair, to decide if it was worth it to fix up or trade it off.
He have me his opinion and cleaned it up for me. Spent some time explaining some stuff. All free of charge.
I then returned at a later date with a Rolex that had some dial damage and a few other issues (dial was damaged by a different watch repair guy in the same Jewelers Exchange building.)
He gave me a price up front and did the work in about 2 hours. He checked the watch out for me as well, and gave it a clean bill of health.
When I came to pick it up, he offered me the proper spring bars — apparently the «other guy» replaced my originals with something else older and worn. I appreciated that he asked and didn’t just do it and charge me.
His place is clean, professional and staffed with friendly people. To the other reviews saying people are not nice here — maybe look in the mirror? Can’t imagine. Treated like I was family.
D’s comes highly recommended!
