Electropedic Sleep Systems

Well, this store may sell some great mattresses and beds, but if you’re considering buying from this store, please read on:
First of all, the mattress that we actually got is NOT the mattress we PAID for, and the manager of the store NEVER return our call for requesting a reasonable explanation and possible exchange. So, we ended up paying for something we didn’t buy and never get the mattress that we wanted.
This is the detail of what happened:
Let’s say the mattress we ordered in the store was A (with soft pillow top and slightly more expensive) and the one that was delivered to us was B (without pillow top, firmer cushion, slightly cheaper).
In the store, we specifically asked to order A, and I believe that there was no miscommunication since we clearly asked the manager that if the mattress comes with the pillow top and he assured us it is, so he was aware of which mattress we were ordering. So, we watched him put down the item name for MATTRESS «B» and the PRICE for mattress «A» on the receipt, and since we were no mattress experts, we believed that the entry was correct (the PRICE was correct) and have no idea that there was an obvious discrepancy on the receipt at that moment.
Not until the delivery of the mattress (which, not to mention, was delayed almost a week), we realized that something was wrong. We tried to contact the store and never got a reply, and we have no evidence to request an exchange because the receipt «matches» the product. He also named the price for the mattress so he can «justify» the «ERROR» on the receipt by saying that he is not selling at the list price.
I must say that I’m not ACCUSING the manager for anything like obvious DECEPTION or DISHONESTY, but it is definitely one of my worst shopping experiences I ever had. This may or may not happen to you, but DO re-​consider if you are buying from this store!
