History

Established in 2005.

Elite started out as a subcontractor for Velasquez Maintenance doing construction cleans and maintaining model homes for about a year. We expanded our business to include residential customers and commercial property managers of 5 stories and under. In 2007 Elite expanded to the High Rise market, by OSHA training and hands on experience. Now Elite is a well know name to homeowner and property manager alike.

I have thought long and hard about what makes my company unique and different than other service companies. The idea that became the backbone to Elite, was that the addage «The customer is always right» has become extinct in todays world. So, with my company I formed some ways that would show that with us, the customer is not only always right, they always come first. So, we developed the gaurantee that if the customer is not happy with the work or how they are treated, they dont pay a penny. We enforced a rain gaurantee, where if it rains within 7 days of the service, we come back and clean the glass for free.

There are more reasons, that space will not allow, but these 2 reasons were basically the ones that we find our clients appreciate and enjoy.
