History

Established in 2014.

My name is Alexandra, I am the founder of Elite Yoga. I was born and raised in the beautiful country of Ecuador in South America.

My love for fitness came at a young age when I started dancing for the Ecuadorian Ballet Company as a professional ballerina at the age of 16.

With years of fitness experience under my belt, I felt that Yoga was an amazing transition to my physical healing. While raising 4 kids, I ventured into getting certified to teach all levels of Vinyasa, Power yoga, HOT Yoga, Yoga with weights, Restorative and Yin Yoga. With my business, I am blessed to be given the opportunity to serve my community.

Business Owner

My name is Alexandra, I am the founder of Women’s elite Yoga (WEY). I was born and raised in the beautiful country of Ecuador in South America. My love for fitness came at a young age when I started dancing for the Ecuadorian Ballet Company as a professional ballerina at the age of 16. I was fortunate to have toured Europe representing my country. After a very rewarding career as a ballerina, I continued to pursue my desire for fitness and joined the National Exercise Trainers Association. It was for the next 15 years that I taught a plethora of exercise classes including Zumba, Ballet, Group Exercise, Step Aerobics and Spin. With years of fitness experience under my belt, I felt that Yoga was an amazing transition to my physical healing. While raising 4 kids, I ventured into getting certified to teach all levels of Vinyasa, Power yoga, HOT Yoga, Yoga with weights, Restorative and Yin Yoga. With my business, I am blessed to be given the opportunity to serve my community.
