Eos Architecture Inc is a San Diego Based architecture firm that specializes in high-​end design that embodies the Vitruvian ideas of firmitas – utilitas – venustas (solidity – usefulness – beauty) through planning excellence, technical development, beauty in detailing and execution. We have completed a wide range of projects including small remodels, custom residences, multi-​family and mixed-​use buildings, and commercial buildings.

Established in 2005, Eos Architecture Inc provides complete architectural services from project inception through permit issuance and construction coordination. We specialize in high-​end custom residential, multi-​family, mixed-​use, restaurant and commercial projects.

Jennifer B.

Business Owner

With over seventeen years of experience in the architectural field, Principal Architect Jennifer Bolyn excels in project management, detailing, and execution. She has acted as a technical code consultant on multiple project types – theater, restaurant, high density residential –and her firm has successfully built over forty buildings throughout San Diego County.

Jennifer graduated from Rennselaer Polytechnic Institute with a dual bachelor’s degree in Architecture and Building Science. After the university, Jennifer pursued educational and personal development in Rome where she worked and studied for three years. Her focus was on the artistic and cultural values of the Renaissance. Additionally, she spent time in Paris and Berlin learning about the origins of modern art and the Bauhaus School of architecture.
