Eric H Polansky – Century 21

We were looking for a house in the same neighborhood of Clairemont we live hoping to find a house when we retire and get away from the condo with steep stairs and the second floor. We were looking for an experienced real estate agent who was familiar with the area and whom we can trust. Then we were recommended by the bank to meet with a very hard working and honest agent who might help us in our situation. We are extremely grateful for that referral because otherwise we wouldn’t have the house that became ours in November. The agent’s name is Eric Polansky, and he happened to be very familiar with the desired area we were looking for — Clairemont, and he lived here for at least 20 years. He always went for an extra step no matter what day of the week it was. He never failed in all real estate transactions like contingency, or meeting other deadlines. Eric was eager to cancel his own engagements in order to meet the deadlines or just to meet with us and to explain real estate issues we were not quite familiar with. What is also touching, the very first day we had an appointment with Eric Polansky in his office, he came and appeared kind of sad. He smiled and was very professional, but later we have found out that Erick just lost his favorite parakeet who lived with him at least 40 years. Eric did not cancel an appointment, and we are very grateful for him for everything he has done to us. Eric always was available via email, or personal appointments no matter if it was Saturday or Sunday. He really cares for his customers, is trustworthy and ethical.
Erick was extremely helpful with the Home and Termite inspection, he personally found the way to get under the house for inspections due to the raised foundation. Erick Polyansky is the best agent, and we would recommend him to anyone with the whole heart.

Eric is the best real estate agent I’ve ever met, no joke. My wife and I were able to tell him exactly what we were looking for, our budget and desired areas and he found the options that worked for us. He was amazing through the whole buying process as well. He has knowledge and experience no only in buying and selling but with what contractors will look for. There were a number of times he saw things in the properties we looked at with him that we never would have seen.
In the end, Eric found us the perfect property for us with everything on our list. I would, and do, recommend him to anyone looking for an experienced and hard working agent in San Diego. He has lived in this city a very long time and knows all of its communities very well (he even had a picture of him standing in front of the first house we looked at together back in the day!).
If you need an agent, go with Eric and you’ll be glad that you did.

Eric is a great agent. Honest and hardworking. He really takes a personal approach with his clients and has excellent integrity in everything he does. He has been working in the Mountain Streets in Clairemont for as long as I have known him and KNOWS his stuff. Eric has always been the nicest guy in Real Estate and will always go that extra step for his clients. I highly recommend him!
