Monica and Jenn were wonderful. They tackled every potential problem with aplomb so we didn’t have to worry. And they went so far above and beyond the day of contract we had with them. They were available through email and phone calls to answer any questions we had during the planning process. They are very detail oriented as well and handled our very specific requests and vision layout of the wedding décor perfectly. We could not be more happy with them and the job they did. Thank you Monica and Jenn for being such an integral part of our unforgettable day! We had no stress on the day of and could just enjoy our wedding because we knew we were in good hands (from timeline, to set up, and through clean up), which is one of the best wedding gifts.

Jenn and Monica did an amazing job coordinating our wedding this past summer. My fiancé and I met with a few different planners and Jenn and Monica stood out as being very organized and efficient — I knew from the beginning they would be able to get the job done. Choosing a coordinator was very important to us because our venue is the kind where you have to «bring everything in» — from the furniture, lighting, caterer, even a generator for electricity. It’s a historic venue so there’s also a lot of rules about what you can and cannot do. Since they had worked at this venue before they were familiar with the rules and had already developed a working relationship with the on-​site contact person.
We hired them for month-​of coordination, which includes unlimited email and phone contact from the time we hire them up to the wedding, and they take care of the final details the month of. Of all the vendors we used they were the most responsive — they replied to emails super fast and gave me detailed answers to all my questions. They were also there to assist us whenever we had an issue with another vendor (they have a knack for writing the perfect email without being rude :) Their tips in dealing with other vendors and quotes were invaluable and saved us over $ 1,000+ (they also communicated directly with some of the vendors on our behalf.) We used the rental company they recommended who also did a great job.
On the day of they kept everything organized and on track, and dealt with some of the minor problems that popped up so that we didn’t have to worry about anything. I highly recommend them for a wedding or event (even my husband agreed that they are well worth the money we spent on their services!)

Hiring Eventity was the best decision I made during my wedding planning process! Monica and Jenn were wonderful to work with and, even though I only hired them as day of planners, they were there for me to answer questions and give advice from the moment I hired them a few months prior.
I brought all the vendors into the venue we chose and I couldn’t have done it without Eventity. The timeline they put together ran so smoothly that we were actually early for the ceremony without feeling rushed. Monica also took care of all the details to fit in 3 additional guests for us a week before the wedding, after the seating chart and final numbers had been completed.
Overall, I was so happy with their work and would highly recommend them to anyone getting married in the San Diego area!

Jen and Monica helped plan our wedding on 07/​27/​2013 and all I can say is amazing! They did such a fantastic job and were so helpful the whole time. Any time I had a concern or question they were quick to respond and assist. When I walked into my venue the day of I could not believe my eyes, they had done such an amazing job! 5+++ stars! Jenn and Monica are lifesavers! Deciding to work with Eventity is the best wedding-​related decision I made (after, of course, deciding to marry the love of my life)! There isn’t enough room in this box for me to tell you how incredibly fabulous Eventity is, so I will touch on the highlights.
Pre-​wedding:
We were unable to meet them, so they coordinated an initial Skype conference call. They asked questions about us and about our vision. They also let us ask several of our questions, and they were more than prepared with answers and anecdotes. We felt extremely comfortable chatting with them, and almost immediately, it felt like a collaborative effort. I could just tell they would help my special day be as good as it gets. That is huge. Also, starting around 3 months before our special day, Jenn and Monica regularly checked in with us and our vendors to make sure we were all on the same page. They even caught the fact that one of our difficult vendors (San Diego Paella) ended up falling off of the approved caterers list for our venue! Without Jenn and Monica, we may have had to scramble for a last minute caterer for our wedding. They pay an incredible amount of attention to detail, which is crucial for wedding coordination.
Walk-​Through:
One week before the wedding day, Jenn and Monica coordinated a walk-​through of our venues for the ceremony and reception. They notified our vendors and arranged for someone from the City of Coronado to meet with us and go over our final contract. Jenn and Monica from Eventity had thought of EVERYTHING! They had previously sent us a draft timeline, processional, ceremony diagram, and seating chart. We basically just had to fill in the blanks. They had our day planned out by 5 – 15 minute increments. I was beyond impressed. Plus, they really kept their composure were extremely professional with our latest difficult vendor (K&J Party Rentals). They also made sure to have their questions answered and to allow us plenty of time for questions. After the walk-​through, they also took lots of our «props» and decorations to hang onto for us (so we didn’t have to lug that stuff around before the wedding day).
Rehearsal:
Jenn and Monica were on time and they explained everything to our wedding party and family. They brought several copies of the timeline and took questions at the beginning and end. We ran through the ceremony once, and after some remaining questions were answered, we ran through the ceremony a second time. I am so thankful that Eventity was there because: (1) our officiant was not able to make the rehearsal; and (2) we didn’t realize we had so many questions about how the ceremony was supposed to go. The entire rehearsal went about 1 hour, and I am so thankful that we were able to get together the day before the ceremony. It was a huge stress reliever. Also, my husband and I were able to drop off most of the remaining decorations to Jenn and Monica at the rehearsal, so we had only a small punch list of items for our trusted family members to worry about on the day of.
Day of:
It was flawless (as far as I know). The timeline was on point. Jenn and Monica were on the ball. Somehow, we were about 5 minutes early for everything. I’m told that never happens, but with the amazingly thorough timeline, it was easy for us! Also, my husband and I had several telephone conversations with Eventity before our wedding, and they answered tons and tons of questions for us, so by the time the day of came, it really felt like we could let go. I am a type A lawyer, and it takes a lot for me to relinquish control, but I was 100% confident that Jenn and Monica would get things done. The ceremony was beautifully set up, and they gave us some great ideas about simple decorations, like shells along the aisle. They also convinced us (rightly so) not to use columns on the beach.
The reception was incredible! I do not have an eye for decorations/​style (read: I can barely match my socks), so I was thrilled when Jenn and Monica informed me that they were able to take our decorations and create a beautiful layout. When I walked into my reception, I was blown away! They used everything we gave them, and it was EXACTLY what I wanted. They really stuck to my vision, and I absolutely adored what they did with our sweetheart table. Jenn and Monica were great about letting people know they were «on deck» for toasts or speeches or that the grand entrance or cake was coming up. It was just what we needed. One final thing, they helped me orchestrate an amazing surprise for my husband, and I will never forget them for that.
I would highly recommend Eventity for your wedding.

We hired them for month of wedding planning and they took care of all the details. They were always in contact with us, remembering every last detail, well before a month ahead of time. They responded quickly and efficiently to every last question I had and really made me feel at ease. They are highly organized, skilled and personable too, going way above and beyond what I had expected.
The day of our wedding, we had so many little decorations/​touches to be placed around the reception and everything was perfect thanks to Eventity. I can honestly say I wouldn’t have changed a thing.
It didn’t stop after the wedding either — We had an issue with the hotel where he had blocked off rooms for our guests. Jenn and Monica didn’t hesitate to help us, contacting the hotel on our behalf and getting everything fixed up.
Eventity is amazing! AMAZING and worth every dollar and more that we spent on them!!!

Jenn & Monica were unbelievable in every way, I don’t have enough good things to say about these two and Eventity! From the second we hired them they were working with us to plan the perfect day, they were incredibly responsive the entire 12 months up to our wedding date and gave us so much insight we never would have had!
We hired them for the month of plan, they pretty much worked with us the entire time, not a lot of people or businesses would do this and they went WAY above and beyond for us, giving us materials to reviews, ideas on vendors, supporting my wife and all her questions and so on, amazing is all I have to say. I was keen on the details, I wanted every detail perfect and my wife and I to not have to worry about anything on our wedding day.
During our wedding day there were numerous things that went wrong that we had no idea of, Jenn and Monica just took care of them and handled everything, it was seamless to my wife and I and made it just the absolute perfect day, in fact, we were shocked when we found out about certain things that happened (cake being late etc.) because we had no idea. These two will make your wedding day perfect, will be supportive and detailed throughout the entire process and make you feel like they are just as invested as you are, so thankful to have them apart of our day and our year of planning, we couldn’t have done it without them, two very special people and amazingly great company! I would HIGHLY recommend Eventity for any wedding, party etc, as they will make sure it’s something you won’t forget.

Eventity was the planning consultant for my 9÷29÷12 wedding at Candelas, Coronado and I simply can’t say enough about their professionalism in making our wedding day perfect. Jen & Monica simply went above & beyond in the planning process to review our vendor contracts, keeping us on task and made several key suggestions that improved our day. The day of was flawless and Jen was key to moving the timeline along and keeping everything in task.
My only regret us we did not hire them sooner because as soon as we did the stress subsided and we were able to enjoy our wedding planning. My bride was happy and everything was simply amazing. I say this with absolute confidence that you are in good hands with Eventity.

Jenn & Monica were absolutely amazing wedding coordinators and hiring Eventity, Inc. for our Wedding was the #1 BEST decision we made. Jenn & Monica assisted my husband and I with full-​service wedding coordination and planning our destination wedding in the San Diego/​Del Mar area (my husband and I live in Texas).
They were extremely helpful in suggesting and selecting excellent vendors that matched what we wanted and were within our budget. I didn’t have a single problem with any of our vendors during the planning process or the day of our Wedding. All vendors provided excellent services and products.
Jenn & Monica provided superior communication via email, text and phone and were willing to work around my schedule and time zone difference. Email communication was not limited (I’ve seen some other wedding coordinators limit the # of emails you can send per month/​week). They made themselves available for in-​person meetings when I had to visit California several times during the wedding planning process and even helped schedule my other meetings with my vendors during my visit; basically planning my entire wedding planning trip’s itineraries.
As the day of our Wedding approached, Moncia and Jenn became increasingly involved with communicating with vendors, creating event diagrams, and timeline schedules. The day of the event, both ladies were on hand at all times and ensured our Wedding was perfect! They made adjustments to our schedule as needed (when my husband and I took longer to take pictures after the ceremony) and everything went so smoothly!
Jenn and Monica are extremely professional and they both were so pleasant to work with. They listened to our wants and vision and helped us communicate that to our vendors and venues. They made our priorities their priority and made us feel that we were the ONLY couple they were assisting with Wedding Coordination. This made us feel extra special!
I HIGHLY recommend hiring Eventity, Inc. (Jenn & Monica) to plan your special day or event. They both are so knowledgeable about wedding planning, the wedding industry and have excellent vendor relationships. I don’t even know where to begin with this review other than to say that Eventity is the BEST wedding planning company I could have ever asked for.
My now husband and I used Eventity for our October 29^th wedding and we purchased the full service package. They were there helping us find a location and set a date all the way through post wedding questions. I can not even list all the amazing things they did for us! They were our guardian angels through the entire 11 month process and I don’t know what I would’ve done without them.
We worked primarily with Jenn and Monica and they were professionals to the umpteenth degree. They were also so kind and fun! They completely understood my vision and executed every single detail from vendor selection, menu items to invitation help while keeping this vision in mind.
Over the last 11 months there were probably, on average, 10 emails a day, countless conference calls, text messages, meetings and overall assistance. They made me feel like we were their only clients — that’s how much personalized attention we got. I honestly cant believe they had other brides and other weddings going on because they were on our side working hard for us EVERY single day.
I will have to say, out of all the money we spent on our wedding, the best value was FAR AND BEYOND using Eventity. They are worth every single penny and many many many more. If you are even hesitating about this, hire them. You will be so happy you did.
Jenn, Monica, we have been through so much together in this process and you truly were there for me every step of the way, like family. My wedding wouldn’t have been what it was without you and Eric and I can’t say thank you enough for everything you did for us.

My partner and I initially approached our wedding planning with the idea to do it ourselves. We quickly realized there was way too much involved in it that we knew nothing about. We decided to meet with a few local coordinators and thank goodness we did. We could not have done it without the ladies of Eventity. They helped us with everything! They answered all of our many questions, worked with vendors on our behalf, and kept everything running smoothly. We were in good hands and it really made a difference. Eventity provided end-​to-​end planning, facilitation and overall event coordination services for our company’s three day off-​site meeting. Starting four months in advance, they set up the venue, negotiated with the caterers and linen rental company (saving us more than 25% over last year’s cost), provided personalized gifts, built event binders, and coordinated /​scheduled all the speakers and their briefing materials. During the course of three days they handled every detail, and the entire event executed perfectly.
We’ve traditionally done all the planning in-​house, which has been an unpredictable time sink. By using Eventity I think we actually saved a chunk of money, because I didn’t have a cadre of senior staff constantly dealing with the endless details. I intend to use them again next year and for the foreseeable future.
