Sally is the absolute best!!! She did the flowers for my brothers wedding and they were absolutely STUNNING! She has such a creative eye, and really goes above and beyond to make your personal taste and vision come to reality. Exquisite Blooms is by far the best in San Diego, and I couldn’t recommend them more!!!

We used Sally for our wedding flowers and were MORE than impressed with the quality of her work. We met up with her about 7 months before the wedding to discuss pricing and ideas. I knew I wanted a clean, elegant look to the design of the flowers. I loved hydrangeas and succulents. After speaking with Sally, she sent us a proposal a few days later with ideas and pricing. It’s like she snuck into my brain and knew exactly what I wanted. Sally was extremely affordable and worked with our budget. After the wedding, the flowers still looked amazing over a week later! Sally is simply amazing. When it came to my wedding, I had no idea where to start with flowers. I created a Pinterest board for inspiration that I felt was all over the place but between that and our many conversations and emails, Sally literally brought my vision to life. When I arrived to the venue on my wedding day and saw my bouquet, the corsages, the boutonnieres, the table settings — it brought tears to my eyes. It was everything I had envisioned and better. She is an artist and a joy to work with!

Exquisite Blooms of San Diego truly made my wedding unforgettable with such amazing floral arrangements and I cannot thank Sally enough for everything she did for me! I got married in the Fall of 2010 at Ponte Winery in Temecula, CA and for anyone who has ever been there they know just how beautiful this venue is.
Sally was able to take this already beautiful venue and create a floral creation that turned Ponte Winery into a gorgeous wedding venue by using a fall inspired color palate to accent all the green from the vineyards. It was breath-​taking and words could never describe just how beautiful it turned out.
The even more amazing part was that I was on a budget for my flowers and Sally was able to come up with this amazing creation on such a small amount of money. She is extremely talented and knows her flowers! It was hard for me to describe what I had envisioned but she was able to work closely with me and figure out what I wanted just by getting to know my personality.
If you have the chance to work with her don’t pass it up, she is a great!!!

Sally was recommended to us by our wedding planner and we are so thankful for the recommendation! Our knowledge of flowers was minimal so we simply told Sally what colors we wanted and the feel we were going for and she was able to create something amazing. Originally, our agreement was that the vases had to be returned to her after the wedding. But on the day of, she ended up letting us keep the vases so our guests could take home the centerpieces! Huge BONUS! Overall, Sally responded quickly to all of our emails, was very accommodating when we had to make some changes, and helped us to stay within our budget. We would highly recommend her to anyone!

I had seen Exquisite Blooms on a number of sites with rave reviews so I decided to give her a call. I am so glad I did! Not only was she reasonable, but my flowers were stunning! I was probably fairly difficult because I didn’t really know what I wanted, and I completely changed my mind half way through the process! I just couldn’t come up with an inspiration picture of exactly what I wanted. Though I totally trusted her, I was just nervous because I felt like I couldn’t put into words what I wanted. Well, Sally is a genius. She managed to get results that were EXACTLY what I was looking for, better than I had ever hoped. She was able to get these dahlias that were unlike dahlias I had ever seen. I got so many compliments on them! The bouquets were all the perfect size. The ceremony flowers were stunning! I love looking at the picture of our arch! For the reception I bought a bunch of vases, which she graciously took, off my hands a couple months early. I tried to have a vision when I bought them but was a little worried they weren’t going to work together. Sally made them all work perfectly! The tables looked exactly like what I had pictured! I still don’t know how she managed to pull all my thoughts together like she did, she is truly gifted! Absolutely worth hiring!

I met with Sally for a wedding consulation where she indicated that she was going to email the proposal. After not hearing back from her after 5 or 6 days, I emailed her asking if she had emailed me the proposal, as i thought that perhaps it had gone to my junk email or something. I also thought that something happened to her and therefore wasn’t able to get back to me in a timely manner. Was giving her the benefit of the doubt. Well two weeks later still no response until today when she finally emailed me to tell me that after we met she booked my wedding day. That’s fine and all, that’s the business, however I think that as a business owner she should have contacted me out of courtesy sooner to let me know that she was no longer available on my date instead of waiting two weeks later. She probably would have never responded if i didn’t email her initially.

Sally is wonderful! She did the flowers for my sister’s wedding and worked with our budget. She made beautiful centerpieces for the reception as well as beautiful bouquets for my sister, the bridesmaids, and a special one of roses for the Virgin of Guadalupe. I also really liked the pinned corsages she made for my mother, my grandmother, and our honored guests.
My sister is very petite, and I made sure to mention this to her when we talked about the size of the bouquet. We also did not want the flowers to overpower the bridesmaids (3 of whom were junior bridesmaids) and she got them just right!!! Check out her website. She has many wonderful examples. This is where we got a similar idea for my sister’s wedding. Sally knew exactly what we meant even though we mostly said, «We want that but not like that…» She’s great.
I also really liked the way she decorated the cake. It was a Flour Power cake (also excellent vendor!) white icing with no decoration except for the side shower of flowers and it looked beautiful. She also included petals on the cake table and couple table, just like my sister wanted.
Overall, she has a great eye. She set up everything, including being at the church on time to pin everyone and deliver fresh, beautiful bouquets, but she also transported from the church to the reception AND uses Paypal (which to me is a plus because there’s no need to keep meeting when you change things – just a new invoice and paypal). When you’re planning a wedding, you really want someone who knows what they are doing, and Sally knows how to create a beautiful, elegant, wonderful wedding atmosphere.
I found her by recommendation from another vendor, whom I met at the downtown SD wedding bazaar in June 2010. We are so happy to have found Sally and I would recommend her highly to anyone seeking a florist.

I am so happy I booked Sally for my wedding. She has fantastic taste and style. I was comfortable letting her have free reign of my green, gray, and white wedding. The bouquets, bouts, and centerpieces came out gorgeous. She was great to work with and was easy to talk to. She was also prompt with email and phone responses. I loved how flexible she was with what supplies I could provide her with. She made me wedding day look beautiful.

I loved the flowers at our wedding and am very glad to have found Sally from Exquisite Blooms. When working with her on the flowers, I really didn’t know what I wanted. I knew what colors I wanted and that I liked orchids and that was about it! Sally was able to figure out something that would work well with our color scheme and wedding theme. The groom wore a kilt and Sally was able to find a matching tartan ribbon to wrap my bouquet with. It was a lovely touch! The flowers were beautiful and looked great in our photos. The flowers still looked fresh days after the wedding too. Sally was very prompt in her communication with me and very reasonably priced. I definitely recommend her services!

Sally’s flowers are amazing!!! She recently did my wedding and I have to say I was so impressed it was unreal! My bouquet was so beautiful and the bride maids flowers were so gorgeous too! She has a great eye for the details and she can re-​create anything you show her a picture of. She is easy to work with and if you get stuck (or brain fog as I like to call it) she has tons of ideas to lend you. She also did my day of coordination and I don’t know what I would have done without her!!! I think I would have lost my mind!!! She is absolutely fabulous and I would highly suggest her!!!
