History

Established in 2007.

CEO Steve discovered his passion for helping families in foreclosure after witnessing two friends lose their homes. Their devastating situations taught him people often don’t know their options and therefore don’t understand them or their alternatives. Homes in foreclosure frequently get sold at auction and the families are immediate evicted, left with no money and nowhere to go. Determined to prevent similar situations, in 2007 Steve opened Family Foreclosure Rescue.

FFR has helped countless people by providing personalized, equitable solutions that fit each client’s timeframe without any out-​of-​pocket fees. With support from real estate executives, attorneys, negotiators, accountants and more, FFR can find the best solution for each situation. FFR also understands how difficult the foreclosure process can be and is able to offer emotional and financial support during the loss of a loved one, loss of a job or any other hardship that may have caused the foreclosure process to start.

Business Owner

Steve is an entrepreneur and foreclosure expert based in Southern California. While working at large internet service provider he that he co-​founded, Steve witnessed two friends lose their homes in foreclosure because they were not aware of their options. Affected emotionally and logically by the fact that families are losing their homes when there are other alternatives, Steve was determined to prevent similar situations from happening to others. In 2007 Steve started Family Foreclosure Rescue.

With a family background in construction and real estate, Steve has established great relationships with licensed real estate professionals, negotiators, attorneys and more. With the knowledge that comes with these connections on top of the capital to invest in helping families, FFR has the resources necessary to provide foreclosure solutions.

FFR has already helped countless people with personalized solutions and Steve has plans to continue growing FFR to help as many families as possible.
