Fisherman’s Processing has the best customer’s in the world. The people we meet here are truly wonderful! It’s a pleasure to serve all of you.

Top drawer operation. Gave them the fish (yellowfin and wahoo), got a text two hours later and picked it up. EZ-​PZ and very nice personnel.

Rosie and the crew are top notch. As a small business owner and someone who has grown up around the restaurant industry, I can safely get behind my belief that Fishermans has to be one of the best in the industry.
I have been coming here for 5 years and everything is done professionally with customer service being the stronghold of this business.
I come in, and they prep everything for flight in a box as a known shipper.
Been a long time coming. I wanted to give them a good shout.

Recently paid Fisherman’s Processing to process over 80 lbs of fish (you pay to process the whole weight of the fish with head, bones etc) I received less that 17 lbs of fish back. That is a less that 20% yield on fish where there should be 50−60% yield. Where did the rest of my fish go? Kind of convenient that Fisherman’s Processing now sells tuna burger.

Would not use them again!!!
We made a reservation quite a while before our trip, we were reassured we would be on the begging 3 spots to be processed so we can get on the road for our long commute-​instead we were pushed to the back, you should expect no loyalty.

Fisherman’s Processing stayed open late to ensure our fish could be picked up and processed. They explained everything, were completely professional, and the end product turned out amazing. I have a freezer full of dorado, yellowfin and yellowtail, and they did a great job.
Oh, and I called to ask a couple follow up questions and the person on the phone was professional, and offered a couple tips during the defrosting process. You think that service like this doesn’t exist anymore, but it does, and Fisherman’s employs good quality people who do an incredible job.

Never had better smoked fish. I brought in a yellowtail a little while back after a recommendation from a good friend of mine. I was expecting a nasty, stinky, run down place. Nope. The building is cleaner and smells better than my own room. Fantastic service from all the employees/​managers i met gave the place a really comfortable feeling. The whole building is covered with photos of sea life and looks very modern. Although the place overall is fantastic, the people are what made it worth 5 stars. Fantastic.

I don’t go on anything shorter than a 1.5 day anymore so I can use these guys.
They put out a product you can’t beat, keeps for a long time, and is table ready, they trim all the junk off so you don’t have to.
Rosie is so on it that you have complete confidence. I wish they had a Rosie at every business I deal with.

Fisherman’s was fast, friendly, totally my own fish. I had an issue with the portions and they instantly fixed each bag as I waited. They want nothing more than to accommodate the proud fisherman and give em what they want how they want it. They also gave a 10% cash discount! I love these guys!

Absolutely amazing service. I came in on a Saturday 30min before they closed and the lady, Rosie or rosa, told me that she would handle what ever we needed. They packaged our stuff up to be ready for flight the next morning. It was boxed and frozen perfectly with gel packs and all the needed seals. Absolutely recommend them.

I brought in 138 lb’s of tuna fillets. I received back 72 lb’s of packaged fish. Where did my fish go? Fisherman’s processing sent me this, «A 47% loss on cleaning fillets is very typical. Skin, blood line, gaff marks
and trimming up the fillet to make it clean and table ready all adds up». So they handed me back 53% of my fish. There was no skin, gaff marks in maybe one out of 12 fillets, with very little blood line, UNEXCEPTABLE.

Went on an early 2.5 day on the Condor out of Fisherman’s Landing. Didn’t catch a boatload of fish, but did get a nice bluefin, a nice yellowfin, and yellowtail. Not much else on the rest of the boat. Those who did catch, had their fish processed on the boat. Fillet and packed in just regular plastic bags.
I had Captain Scott call ahead to have Fisherman’s Processing meet us at the dock. As we unloaded, the staff from Fisherman’s Processing was waiting with the slush tubs. We drove the few blocks away and were sitting in the lobby waiting for our fish to be filleted, and professionally vacuum packed. Took around 45 minutes and even tried some of their yellowtail jerky. I’m definitely doing some jerky next time I process fish. That stuff is way better than beef jerky.
Totally awesome that Fisherman’s came out just for one customer. I will definitely call them again for my next trip.

I came back from a 1.5 day trip with a bunch of yellowtail and a few tuna. These guys took care of me and the guys on the boat incredibly. Our fish weren’t big enough for smoking, but they allowed us as a group to get them smoked. They take pride in the way they cut your meat. Its way better and more precise than some of the deck hands that sometimes mutilate your fish and stuff them in bags that don’t seal in the scent of fish from your car. The smoked fish was INCREDIBLE. The jerky INCREDIBLE! and they vacuum seal and label everything as if you were buying from a grocery store. This place makes fishing fun!!!

Hubby and I used Fisherman’s Processing for the first time October 2013 when planning our 8 day trip on the Shogun. We had never had our fished processed before as we have always used our Costco purchased food saver. You ask why I wanted to pay for processing as opposed to continue to use the Foodsaver? Easy– after several months those bags always seem to open up on us and we wind up with freezer burned fish… a total waste.
I knew we would catch lots of fish on this trip so several weeks before I started doing my research. I called, interviewed and asked lots of questions of the other fish processors and also reviewed Unilocal comments. I was disappointed to find no return calls from the other businesses or just a lack of good customer service.
The staff at Fishermans Processing not only returned my calls but also answered my endless questions… with each request I found them to be so accommodating!
Fast forward to our trip return. Hubby and I really caught ALOT of fish. I didn’t want them all processed as we were giving alot away to our friends and family… Rosie from FP let me hand pick the fish to be processed and the guys took really great care of transporting them to the plant.
After a short trip to the plant we were just wowed at the beautiful establishment… super clean, huge and with gigantic windows allowing us to watch the guys process our catch. We even got a mini tour of this place… so impressed!!!
They finished everything within the time promised. Because of the hot day and 2 hour drive home, when I picked up the fish I asked for the fillets to be put on ice so they maintain their integrity. The manager Sean was so accommodating and even loaded these into our truck… did I mention we had at least 8 boxes of fillets!!!
While its an investment to have your catch professionally processed, it’s oh so worth it. It’s been more than 4 months since our trip and our yellowfin tuna, bluefin tuna, and yellowtail are still in prime condition!

My boyfriend’s dad just went on a 10 day fishing trip and this company Fisherman’s Processing were available right there for pick up at the dock if you wanted their service. And u definitely want it if you have a lot of fish. When we got to their location which was like a 7 minute drive I found it to be very clean. You can see how clean the place is from the outside and also inside. We met a guy named Zac and he was very friendly and informative. He told us how tediously they clean where the fish are fileted and by tye looks of it they maintain the place very well. Also, his mom Rosie who also works there is just as friendly and informative, shared a few yummy fish recipes with me. Excited to try them out! And everyone who worked there seemed happy to be there. Oh yeah and the way they fileted the fish and packaged it looked like it was ready to be sold. They even label it:) great customer service, clean, and the processing was excellent. Definitely recommend this place: D

For those of you who have ever had to fillet, bag, and seal whole fish this place is our savior.
It would take me days to fillet all the tuna, yellowtail and dorado from my fishing trips but these guys do it an a few hours.
They meet you at the dock after your boat arrives. They collect and weigh your fish and then load them up and take them to their spot to do all the filleting, jerky, tuna steaks, whatever you crave.
The prices are not bad at all and definitely make it easy when you are tired after your trip at sea.
Call these guys and you will be glad you did. More time to get the rocking boat feeling out of your system and less time cutting and gutting fish.

Best deal possible for filleting and processing fish.
I own a vacuum sealer, and have spent many a day after fishing trips swaying back and forth in my kitchen packing vacuum bags and smelling up my house.
These guys do it fast, clean and dry and it’s even better than I would do myself.
I’ve had my fish cut on boats… It sits in it’s own juice and for the money you pay to fish, it doesn’t pay to get shitty fillets in the freezer. I tell the deck hands that I tip them well, but don’t want my fish filleted, just gill and gut then I let these guys give me sashimi grade awesomeness.
The place is laboratory clean, they cut the fish FAST, and they are even green. The heads, and waste parts get shipped off to become cat food or bait for lobstermen. No landfill waste of meat…

After a 1.5 day trip of fishing, and realizing our group of 5 had caught well over 30 fish — we realized there was no way they would fit in the cooler in our car.
Typically you can have the guys on the boat cut and bag your fish for you — but lets be honest — they don’t do a great job. Those guys just worked a 14 hour shift and now have to stay up 6 more hours to cut and bag your fish. They are tired.
Solution: Take your fish uncut off the boat. It’s 6AM. We called Fisherman’s Processing and a guy answered who said they opened at 7AM but he would try to «get himself together» and come right over.
FF 15 minutes and he’s there with a truck, a lift, a scale, and a 2^nd man. WOW!
After they account for everything they take it to their super clean and efficient store. Wholly crap this place is awesome. These guys PERFECTLY cut your fish so you don’t have to sacrifice ANY loss. All that remains of the fish is the bones. It’s pretty amazing. Then they VACUUM SEAL your fish.
Wanna ship it? No problem, they’re ready to take care of that.
Wanna put it in your cooler? No problem — they even have ice on site to help you load them in.
I mean really, these guys are perfectionists at what they do and they do it perfectly. I’m SO impressed.

Rosie and the crew at Fisherman’s Processing are amazing and can’t be beat.
On the day after Christmas 2012, we went on a 5 day on the Shogun! We saw Rosie and made a reservation to have our fish processed with them when we return. The coordination between the Shogun and Fisherman’s Processing is unparalleled. During the trip our fish were tagged with red numbers. Upon return to the landing, Fisherman’s Processing had giant ice bins waiting by the boat. When the crew pulled the fish from the hold, all fish with a red tag went directly to the ice bins NEVER touching the ground!!! When all the fish were sorted, the truck went to their plant (super close by) and they began our same day filleting.
At the landing before the trip, I tried a sample of the smoke and teriyaki jerky fish. During the 5 days at sea that delicious fish was still on my mind. We had never tried either with our previous catches so when we returned and saw Rosie at the landing I had to change my order. So glad I did! Wow the jerky is moist and sweet but spicy. I am hooked. Ha ha. I haven’t tried the smoked as of yet, but I know it will be delicious.
The packaging and labeling of the finished product is so clear, clean and securely sealed. I won’t be trusting my precious catch with anyone else!

These guys are awesome! We went out on the Pegasus and Sean was waiting for us when we returned, picked up our fish and had it done in a very timely manner.
I will be using these guys in the future.
