So pleased to have FBC be part of our big day! The flowers were just stunning and I’m so happy to see that they went beyond what I initially wanted. Can’t thank you guys enough for making it so memorable.

I have been using Flowers by Coley for sometime with various businesses I am affiliated with. Today was not an exception. I was able to open a business account over the phone today based on my past experience. The executive director of our company was completely thrilled that we were able to open a much needed account so efficiently. Now onto the flowers… you just need to shop there!
I plan to use them for my milestone birthday party next year. They won’t let me down!

Ordered a selection of roses and star gazer lillies to be delivered for a birthday. They arrived on time and were a beautiful assortment. Have lasted a week. Price was reasonable.

It looked beautiful and arrived this morning so she could enjoy all day at work! Great job! I would order from Kristy and Flowers by Coley again and again! Great kind and helpful customer service when I called in for advice on selection. As I am 600 miles away from SD. So I appreciated her time and suggestions.

I LOVED my wedding flowers created at Flowers by Coley. My husband and I met Flowers by Coley at the Bridal Bazaar last year. I called and was invited to come in and see their storefront. I met with Kristy and I immediately felt at ease with her. She was so thoughtful and sweet. Kristy used my pinterest board to help inspire her thoughts on the wedding flowers. She was able to work with our budget and created amazing centerpieces. Kristy met with us a few times before the wedding and was able to create two wedding samples so that we had an idea of what to expect. We received multiple compliments on the flowers. The set up was timely and Kristy made sure all the flowers were exactly what we imagined. I would definitely recommend Kristy and her staff at Flowers by Coley!

I called Flowers by Coley and ordered a beautiful arrangement of long-​stem roses for a friend who is going through a rough time. Christie helped me and was very thorough. I had written a somewhat long message for the card and she ensured that every word, comma and period were in their proper place. I had a very tight, same-​day window for delivery and the flowers were delivered right on time. They were gorgeous and certainly brightened up my friend’s day.
The only constructive criticism I can give is that, since my message was a few sentences long and the messages are printed on the delivery document, the font was quite small and was, unfortunately, overlooked by my friend who received the flowers. Perhaps moving back to the old-​fashioned way of hand-​writing messages on cards that go with floral arrangements, especially those over a certain price point, would be a good move. I would definitely use Flowers by Coley again!

Flowers by Coley is top notch in my book. Alex is wonderful to work with. I called all stressed out about getting flowers and vases for my wedding and Alex made me feel as if I was never stressed. Communication was great through the entire process. Thank you Alex for making me feel less stressed about my big day!

Kristy is nice, and helpful. My gf usually hates flowers unless I get them specifically from a farmer’s market. Well. It was 11am, and a wednesday: so that wasn’t possible. When I took them to her work, SHE LOVED THEM. They did exactly what i asked for after i explained her preferences. They made an awesome bouquet and didn’t charge me an arm and a leg. Cheap prices for a florist, but the product was amazing. The store is cool too, they had these little tourniquets and stuff… some of which were really funny… NSFY as some of the humorous stuff I liked probably wouldn’t make sense unless I took a photo… Funny pillows tho: go check them out haha

Had flowers delivered and they are by far the best flowers I have ever received. I’m on day 3 and they just keep getting prettier and prettier.

It’s always a pleasure to stop by Flowers by Coley. Their arrangements are beautiful and the customer service is great. Their large store is also wonderfully decorated with shabby chic, vintage, antique and repurposed goodies that can be purchased. Handmade jewelry, unique scarves, holiday items can also be found here. Kristy, the owner, is very sweet and Joel is awesome!!!

Loving my arrangement through FTD from this florist. It is fresh, absolutely beautiful and very unique! I have seen other arrangements from this florist at various events and they are all gorgeous! Thank you!

I ordered flowers through FTD and this florist delivered the flowers. I ordered a colorful upgraded arrangement for my daughter who was going through a terrible ordeal. What was delivered was nothing like the picture. There were large white flowers instead of the small bright pink flowers. There were about half as many red carnations and they were buried under the large white flowers. There were large leaves to take up space instead of ferns as was shown in the photo. The arrangement looked like the flowers where just stuck in without much arranging done. I see that other people have the same complaint about not getting what they ordered from this florist, so buyer beware!

We weren’t home and they left the flowers on the sidewalk outside of our front gate. They didn’t leave them inside the gate or at the front door. They left them on the sidewalk where people walk their dogs, etc. I’m not sure what they looked like when they were delivered but by the time we got them they were in rough shape. It was also a really poorly done arrangement with exceptionally cheap flowers.
I felt bad for the people who spent money to send them to us. It was a huge waste.

Flowers delivered to my wife at work did not look at all like what I ordered through Teleflora for our anniversary.
Teleflora contacted Coley to have flowers replaced today. The new arrangement contained 4 roses and 4 pink carnations. This was less flowers than the mess they deliverd yesterday. My wife chose to keep the first arrangement. I called Teleflora and have been promised a refund.
I paid $ 72 for a premium arrangement that was supposed to have a dozen roses and red and pink carnations in a rose colored vase. Clear vase 4 roses and 4 pink carnations! What a complete dissappoint!
To add to the misery the person who called my wife today from Flowers by Coley rudely remarked about our dissatisfaction. It seems they were upset that we complained about not getting what we paid for. For complaining they tried to deliver an even worse bouquet.
And a note about Teleflora. When I suggested they reevaluate thier relationship with Coley they disregarded my advice and continued to try and push a coupon on me.

Worst experience ever! Kristy is the rudest person to deal with and has absolutely shows no customer value. Never buying from here again.

My wedding was 2 days after Valentine’s Day and of course we wanted red roses. I saw Flowers by Coley on the knot and there was a location right across the street from my school. I stopped in late in the afternoon before school started and Jenna took me as a walk in and I decided right then Flowers by Coley would be right for our wedding. Jenna was amazing! She made my dreams come to life and made my wedding the most beautiful wedding I have ever been too. I know I am biased because it was indeed my wedding, but I am still hearing from my guests just how amazing the flowers were. Thank you so much Jenna and Flowers by Coley. You really went above and beyond!!! I will be recommending you to all of my friends.
Also if you have a chance to stop into the store, they have a amazingly cute gifts in their boutique.
The best decision I made was Flowers by Coley!!!

My boyfriend ordered me flowers online and they were supposed to be pink and white for Valentine’s Day (also my favorite colors) and the flowers that were delivered were purple. When I got them I was excited and thought they were beautiful, until I came home and my boyfriend showed me what I was SUPPOSED to have received. After I saw the bouquet he paid for I called in and was on hold for 20 mins, when someone finally answered the call was disconnected. I called back, and explained what happened. She told me that they are allowed to substitute as long as it fills the «value». The bouquet my boyfriend chose for me was beautiful, it had pink edged roses, white daisies, hot pink and light pink carnations with some greens toward the vase which was supposed to be decorated with a pretty pink ribbon. The bouquet I received had no roses whatsoever, purple daisies and most of the carnations were still closed. He was never notified that they were going to deliver an entirely different bouquet, and furthermore there is no excuse that some sort of rose was not in the bouquet and the vase was left plain.
I was extremely disappointed when I realized how much my boyfriend had paid.
In complete honesty we were completely robbed. No one on this earth would have paid for that bouquet when ordering what we ordered, not to mention I doubt anyone would ever pay what he paid for daisies. I feel like if he would have gone to vons he could have spent half the price and got the same arrangement.

Excellent delivery service… On time an very courteous! The flower arrangements are fresh and look dynamic. The value is remarkable. I recommend this shop, located in Kearny Mesa, to anyone who who enjoys getting and receiving unique and inspirational gifts!
