I’ve been a long time customer at Frames. My home and office are filled with artwork that Neil has framed for me.
Neil always takes time to make sure I am getting the perfect combination of moulding and matting. It’s nice to work directly with the person who will do the actual work on your art.
The prices are close to what you would pay at one of those corporate-​mega-​framing stores (even with a coupon), but unlike those mega stores, the work at Frames is done in-​house, and they never lose your art.
Maybe you’ll pay 10% more than Aaron Bros with a coupon, but the service more than makes up for that. It’s worth it!

Really terrible service. When the guy came out he acted like he was TRYING not to help us. I told him I wanted a cheap frame and he says «well, we have frames ranging from $ 4 to $ 70 a foot. Sooooo, why not just show me the $ 4 frame? Not at frames. Apparently, it must be a drug front, because no one could find this place unless they already knew where it was.
