Frank Torre and his office are phenomenal agents who actually care about their clients. I sat down with Frank last week and expressed my desire to bundle my life, auto, business, and home needs into one payment. Frank took the time to explain every aspect of the package he put together for me and my family and ensured I understood the direction he took and why he chose to present the coverages he presented. What most impressed me was the fact that Frank did not push his own agenda during the educational process — he stopped at several points and brought to my attention those aspects and components that could be revised depending on my preferences and my comfort levels. His overall motivation is not his compensation, but rather the best interests of his clients.

Frank is a wonderful agent to work with at State Farm. Initially I got one car insured with Frank but after the wonderful customer service, I asked him to insure all 3 of my vehicles. Things went so well that Frank ended up insuring my cars, home, life insurance and personal affects. Thank you Frank for all of your help and great customer service.

Frank Torre and his team are truly wonderful to work with. We had AAA insurance for many years and were happy with what we had with AAA, but decided to do a review «just to see». When we had Frank review all our policies, he found he could give us the same coverages for a better price, as well as do a reworking of the policies to make them even more in tune with what we actually needed. He’s now reviewing some of our business policies, to see if he can help there as well. He and his staff are always ready to help answer any questions, and will give you the real deal answer. I switched agents 6 months ago after several bad experiences with another agent who did not take the time to understand my needs. Frank has been amazing. He not only took the time to get to know us and our situation, but found ways to save us money on premiums. Tonight at 11pm I emailed him a question about my insurance and surprisingly got an answer back right away– now that is impressive service. I am sorry I did not switch sooner!
