I found this site because I wanted to get custom printing on tote bags for my modest little cake business. There was an easy form to request a sample of the item, so I ordered a black tote bag that I thought would be a good size for cupcakes and cake boxes. It wasn’t QUITE big enough, but it was a great example of FBG’s nice printing capabilities (it was for some dragon book or something… neat picture), so when Sara followed up, I asked if I could get a sample of a slightly larger bag, and she sent that without a problem.
There’s something to be said about fantastic customer service, and I’m saying it. Sara is amazing. I ended up ordering the smaller bags since the print area for my logo wouldn’t look quite right on the larger bags, and Sara was honest and upfront with how the design would look and print. When I had some design issues with my original file, she worked with her designer to adjust it until everything looked perfect (thanks for making like, 4 mock ups for me!). She replied to my emails quickly, she responded to my phone calls and questions, she wasn’t a robot that just wanted to process my order and be done with me… no, Sara was very hands on and involved in the whole thing. It was as if she was anxious about printing bags for HER new business and was incredibly patient with my mildly neurotic personality and inconvenient schedule.
The bags arrived earlier than expected and I honestly don’t think another place could have beat the printing quality and turnaround and shipping time. I couldn’t be happier with the pricing, service, printing, shipping… you name it, I loved it. I can’t wait to give these bags out they look so damn good. Without a doubt, FBG gets 5 stars all around. I feel like I should get more things printed with my logo from FBG just for the hell of it now. =)

Sara, the owner of FBG is so awesome! I had a last minute order that she took on for 1,000 water bottles and 1,000 frisbees. She does all her printing in house and gives excellent customer service. She was in contact with me all the way through the process, which put my mind at ease.
Her prices were every bit as competitive as the big printing companies out there. I talked to some of those big companies and it seemed like they contracted out the printing and supplies, which made it so they did not have good answers to any of my specific questions. They also could not guarantee the timeline I needed even after quoting me some hefty overnight shipping costs.
Fresh Baked Giveaways came through perfectly. Sara has a very good eye for detail. The quality was even better than I expected when they came in.
There is no doubt I will be going to Fresh Baked Giveaways for my next printing order.
