I have been using there service for my business for over 3 years and they have done an amazing job. Just as i was thinking i need to throw in the towel i gave them a shot to drive customers to me and they far surpassed my expectations and possibly saved my business. Kenny and Pam have been amazing. i see some of the reviews complain about marketing techniques and i did complain at first to them as well, but when they explained that is one of the ways they are able to save money and pass that savings along to me i felt much better.

If I could give this company zero stars, I would. They were recommended to me by Thunder SEO (since Thunder works with more national, larger scale clients) as a good alternative solution for targeted, local SEO. They did not perform SEO for the keywords we wanted. Instead they used garbage keywords that nobody is searching for in our industry and optimized those. What a waste of money. Then when we tried to contact them over and over, they were unreachable. You call and get an automated message and no way to talk to a live person. I left several voicemails for the person who sold me this bogus service but he never returned a single phonecall or email. I couldn’t even reach someone to cancel (thank god my credit card expired so they couldn’t charge me anymore.) If you are thinking of using this company for SEO, run, don’t walk, away! This is a scam.

This company uses filthy telemarketing techniques to gain business. This is one of those companies that auto-​dial you over and over and over again. They have auto-​dialed me up to 5 times in one day. I finally went through their automated pitch so I could talk to someone about removing my name form the list. When I spoke to their telemarketing rep, he was abusive and down right nasty when he found out I did not want to here his pitch, I just wanted to be taken of his list. He insulted me multiple times and refused to remove me from the list stating «you will be called again» and hung up.

Put that number in Google and see what comes up, a bunch of people complaining about this company telemarketing them over and over again. If this is how they get business then they are obviously a filthy company that most likely doesn’t perform well or they wouldn’t need to resort to telemarketing to get business.
