Established in 2012.

Owner Gabriel Gandolfo is a native Italian, born & raised in Sicily. He recently moved to the United States in 2010. Motivated by his love for his native culture and cuisine, Gabriel started Gabriel’s Italian Cooking to share his passion, knowledge, and experience with others.

The best way to learn how to cook Pizza, Lasagna or Gelato, is to have a private lesson with an experienced cook. We believe that by teaching you at home in your own kitchen, you learn faster and easier and become more confident in your cooking skills.
