Walked in the store today and was never greeted after passing by three store workers. One of two talking to each other appeared to be the manager. I passed by the two and browsed around, but no greeting, but as soon as a couple walked in, the«manager» greeted them while talking to the other worker and even offered to help them with anything after greeting them a second time. Let’s just say it was a case of «my skin is my sin.» The couple were both wearing sweats. I was wearing business casual; to be exact a Madras shirt from the GAP! The Otay store closed and I was looking forward to going to this store to buy a new shirt, but I don’t think I’ll be coming back. Bad impression from this store. The manager probably prefers a certain customer, but a customer is a customer and all should be treated the same.

Efrain is a rockstar!!! Hands down the most valuable employee there is. He single handedly solved a massive headache that caused us by sending us the wrong item with no info. Efrain tracked down all of the info, and the right item, amazing friendly dude, deserves a promotion.

Stopped into Baby Gap to grab a present for my friends’ babies. Marsella was working today. She greeted me at the door, directed me to the right section for what I was shopping for and informed me of their 40% sale they had for baby dresses. She gave me space to shop on my own and was super friendly and helpful when I needed her.

I enjoy coming here! Everything is super organized and the customer service is always on point. They always help me out on everything and tell me all the sales that are going on in the store. Today there is 30% off all clothing. That’s a deal. got tons of clothes for my little one. I love the style of the clothing and super comfy materials they carry.

I love Gap and every other location I go to I get great customer service. Here, not so much. Today I went in and the staff seemed to be really busy doing things behind the counter. They stood there and greeted some people who walked past them and that’s it. I was picking up a pair of pants I needed to ask some questions about and, as the male stood feet away from me doing nothing, I put the pants down and left the store. No hello, no do you have a question, no smile, no nothing. That’s the last time ill be shopping at this location as this seems to be a routine… And I live down the street!

This isn’t my normal Gap, but after the amazing service I got this weekend, it will be. Unlike some other stores in my area, everyone here was extremely friendly and had that«I’m happy to be here» attitude that you don’t always find in customer service. I found almost everything I was looking for, and the associates working helped me find the sizes I needed at other stores without batting an eye or giving me any attitude. I don’t know if anyone from the store will actually read this, but if you do, I hope you give everyone that worked today(3⁄29) a big thank you and maybe a little treat for being so awesome!

i fell into the gap along time ago… it is one of my favorite places to go for basics and all around colorful trends. you cant go wrong with some sexy skinny jeans, a gap tank, and a pair of pumps. i can always count on extra savings on the sale stuff, which is nice on my pocket book. and the staff is always super fun, and helpful.

Not every pregnant woman has the luxury of staying in yoga pants all day, and this Gap Maternity is a working mom-to-be’s dream. LARGE selection of work-appropriate pants and tops that manage to minimize feelings of frumpiness. Good inventory management, too: it seemed like most items were available in most sizes. Way to go, Gap.

I normally really enjoy shopping at the Gap. This is the only Gap however, that just isn’t great. Since I work downtown, much of my shopping comes from me running to the mall on my lunch break. Most stores get it. I don’t want to chat — I just want to get in and out. The employees here just don’t seem to care and they almost seem to enjoy taking it slow. Also, it’s the only Gap that I’ve had trouble getting information about whether something is available at another store, or available online. My recommendation — Just go to another Gap.

I wouldn’t go here. when I was pregnant, I was shopping in the maternity section and the dressing rooms were filthy. Dust balls everywhere it was really bad. I think I might even call the manager after I write this. Imagine being pregnant and having to be surrounded by these massive dust balls in the dressing room. Shouldn’t they broom every night at closing time? I also don’t like the service. There seems to be a shortage of cash register reps. I’m always waiting and waiting. and there is just one person in front of me. They are super slow. I try to go to pay at the neighboring gap kids or gap adults or comfortable gap(whatever that one store is called) and always the register reps are working so slowly on that one customer. I would try to avoid it here.

Is Horton Plaza going bankrupt? This store is shabby compared to some of the other«The Gap» store’s I’ve fallen into in past years. Put simply, they have longs available for pants and being around five eleven, six feet tall, I tend to enjoy wearing that which fits me. Found a cute Henley top for ten bucks that was a steal, but everything else just wasn’t for me.
