History
Established in 1982.
Garwood Family Law and Mediation creates a positive, «winning» experience for each of its clients, focusing on mediation as the primary strategy, and also comfortably and successfully litigating in court when necessary.
Winning your case is not just about the end result; we strive to create emotional winners throughout the entire process. We balance caring enough about our clients wants and needs with being objective enough to get appropriate and realistic results.
We settle 85−90% of our cases, however when going to court is the best course of action, we are ready to do so in a fair and respectful manner. Unlike other divorce attorneys that prefer to litigate or settle, we feel confident in both arenas and will work with you to select the best option for your case.
We offer a unique blend of experience, knowledge and intuition to put you at ease and get you the best results.
