The Manchester Clinic of Plastic Surgery in San Diego has seen over 70,000 patients and performed nineteen thousand plastic and cosmetic surgeries since opening.

Dr. Gary Manchester received his medical education and surgical training at Harvard Medical School where he served as a clinical instructor at two of their teaching hospitals (Peter Bent Brigham and Beth Israel Hospitals).

Dr. Manchester also founded the division of Plastic Surgery at the San Diego Scripps Green Hospital where he served as director for four years…

Dr. Gary Manchester has owned and operated The Manchester Clinic of Plastic Surgery since it opened and over the years he has seen and operated on thousands of patients. As a plastic surgeon, Dr. Manchester specializes in plastic and reconstructive surgery and offers a 1 hour complementary consultation to all incoming and returning patients. With his Harvard medical training and attention to detail Dr. Manchester is also the physician of choice for patients seeking revision surgery for past procedures.
