Gattey & Baranic LLP

I used these guys a couple months ago and my review is based on the lawyer that actually represented me. Julie Jayakumar is the only lawyer I’ve ever worked with and she was amazing. She did an excellent job of explaining the process of how things would go at my hearing and answering all of my questions. She was very thorough in her research and she even showed me cases she would use in the hearing where people (who’s names she blacked out) in similar situations were given favorable verdicts. So that was awesome. She was extremely helpful and very reassuring throughout the whole process and I would highly recommend using her if you need a lawyer from these guys.
I have to say though, if my review was based soley on their secretary that answers the phones then this would’ve been a one star review. Their secretary is the rudest, most abrupt person on the planet and acts as if the world runs on her schedule. Once I actually got to meet with Julie, I was easily able to forget that Gattey and Baranic employ, to use the words of Charlie Sheen, a troll for a secretary. However, this review is not based soley on the troll, but I still have to dock them one star because of it.
