After having my second baby, my weight did not come off as easily as it did the first time around. I was struggling with the new shape I had and made me feel less like myself than ever before. I was so exhausted all the time. I had no energy and I was eating whatever I could shove into my mouth as quickly as possible so that I could focus my care on my newborn baby and my 1 year old.

My husband had packed on some pregnancy weight as well and we had become major couch potatoes. We finally said enough is enough!

In 6 short weeks, we lost a combined 40lbs! We learned healthy habits that we incorporate daily and as a result, we have maintained our weight loss for almost 2 years now. We are back to feeling like our old selves again & enjoy chasing after our 2 and 3 year olds.
