Established in 2010.

This was a Jewelry and Gift Store, with a small sections for wireless. I took over and remodeled it and turned it into a full on Wireless store. With hard to find phones, parts, Cell phone repair, Unlocking, Flashing etc…

This place got me for about $ 200. It’s my fault because I kept going back. The iPhone charger cables never work. If you want a crappy case go there, if you want a nice case and want to pay a bunch of money for it, go there. This place is a scam if you ask me.

I would give this place 0 stars if possible. The people working here are insanely rude and unhelpful. Downright mean. They sold me something that did not work and told me it wasn’t their problem when I came in to resolve the issue. Don’t ever go here unless you like getting screwed over.

Come here if you want to get ripped off. I now know three of my close friends who have came here to get their screens replaced. All three within hours had various problems with their phones. Ranging from it not being put on correctly to messing up their camera, touchscreen and sound. In addition to getting completely overcharged you will also have to go somewhere else to get it done correctly since he says it is not his wrong doing.

Love the guys at GJ. They always treat my friends and me with kindness and respect, not to mention great service. Mike found the best carrier since I don’t use my cel phone as much as my land line. They’ve saved my computer when it was defiled by a virus, and given several of my friends good advice on their electronic problems. I live in OB, but it’s worth the drive over the bridge to see Mike and Salat.

if it was possible to give 0 stars I would. I took my iPhone to get the screen fixed since it was shattered. after the 3 time of them attempting to fix it, there were lines on the screen I had to have them redo it, and wasting my time my phone was finished
fast forward to a month later and the screen stopped working. so I took it to apple and they said whoever put the screen on bent it and that it wasn’t even sitting on the phone correctly hence why it wasn’t reading now my finger not to mention when you pushed down on it it made a popping noise. after paying 150 for gj to fix it, i had to take it apple and pay another 117 to get it working. also the guy who I called to resolve the problem, mike, is rude and unprofessional he spoke to me like I was a child instead of owning up to their mistake, even though I had a receipt from Apple stating the problem he proceeded to blame me for their mess up.
this place is awful and expensive. there’s so many other places that do a good job AVOID AT ALL COSTS I wouldn’t even recommend my worst enemy to come here

I was gonna take my phone there to get it repaired based on the first 2 reviews and that’s extremely misleading for us Unilocalers. Just a reminder to always check the dates of the reviews before you waste your money. they’re out of order!

Mike is very unprofessional and has no respect. Especially for women. He yelled at me but as soon as my male friend came in he was all sir this and sir that. He’s also a liar. I have never experienced such terrible customer service until I came in to this shop. He forgets his lies and tells a completely different lie an hour later. I would NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!

When I decided how much I hated AT&T I needed to unlock my phone so I could take it to T-​Mobile. After being ripped off by 2 different online sites I decided to find something local. They were super fast, cheap, and I will def be back for any repairs, accessories, or any more unlocks!

I got my daughters phone fixed there and not only did it cost me over $ 100 it was never repaired properly. When I dropped the phone off I was told that if its not repairable they would let me know. When I picked up the phone the girl told me it was fixed with no issues. Later that day my daughter showed me that in fact, it was not fixed. My husband called and left a voicemail, but no one returned phone call from GJ wirless. The next day I sent my daughter in the store to try and resolve this issue and they REFUSED to fix it. I will let everyone know at the hospitals and facilities I work at thats these theives are crooks and should be shut down. I will not give up on this issue because if there is a warranty on a phone for 30 days it should be fixed. The staff is rude, unprofessional and EVERYONE will know about this place. Don’t go there, or you too will be sorry you did!

WARNING: DO NOT BUY A REFURBISHED PHONE FROM HERE! I purchased a 700 $ (after tax) Iphone6 (64gb) from GJ wireless and it was a waste of my time and money. The minute I got the phone it turned off constantly, when I called the guy behind the counter (mike?) he told me to come back in… he replaced the battery and gave me attitude… and, it still would not work. He convinced me to purchase a 30 $ «hammer-​case» which also DIDN’T WORK, the screen was so cheap. After another 200 $ and waste of gas money I decided I would not bother calling them ever. again…
SO…
I made an appointment at the Apple store and LUCKILY the «refurbished» phone I payed hundreds of dollars for was still under warranty. When I took it to the Apple store the girl immediately asks me if I had been out in the desert or extreme heat lately. I told her I hadn’t and she continues to tell me the internal part of my phone reached 185 degrees and having the phone is a hazard because it could potentially EXPLODE. without further ado she quickly takes my «refurbished» phone and hands me A BRAND NEW IPHONE6. What a huge waste of my time… I usually only have positive things to say on Unilocal,– save yourself time & money, go somewhere else.

I came in with a broken screen and got quick and affordable service. They give you a time to come back, and when I got my phone back, it was like nothing happened. The guy recommended I get a screen protector which I was skeptical about, but in hindsight, the professionals know best. I’ve dropped my phone probably a dozen times since and my screen is still intact.
I’ll come back for their large selection of chargers, battery packs, speakers, and great looking phone cases.

I am a loyal customer since 2011 when I bought my first iPhone, since then when I need to fix both my cell phone screen broke, program installation on my computer, chargers, headphones, cases.
The international plans for phone calls are really good for students that will just stay for short time here.
They do great job, and I always indicate this place with eyes closed.

I LOVE GJ WIRELESS! My boyfriend and I gone to see Mike ove r the past 5 years with numerous phone issues, cracked screens, Blackberry rollerball missing, iPhone not charging, etc and Mike always has a solution for the problem. Mike is always quick, friendly, and gives me options to resolve the problem. Aside from phone problems he has the best accessories, like phone cases and every sort of charger imaginable. And to top it off, they have the best prices around! :)

GJ Wireless has the best quality selection of cell phones and accessories I’ve seen so far. They’ve repaired my cracked cell phone screen a few times and it looks brand new every time. Their quality repairs are great and very reasonably priced! They replenish their cell phone accessories every week and I’m always excited to see what new styles they have out. Their customer service is also great!

I admit I am one of those people who gets anxious if I don’t have my phone with me. When I broke the screen I thought I would have to send it somewhere to get it fixed but then I found a place right here in town that fixes them. They did a great job, the phone looked like new when it was finished. It was much faster than sending the phone in too, I got it back the next day.
