Good food. I ordered the Italian Sub and it was delicious. My daughter wants to add bacon to her ham and provolone sub and they didn’t have any problem. My husband ordered the Club Sub and he was happy. I give him 4 stars just cause the location is pretty small but the food is worth it.

Spicy turkey avocado wrap is the bizznizz. Love this spot. Fresh ingredients and good prices. Not really a great location but the wrap for me compensates.

We popped in to Grab n Go for lunch after Costco, ravenous from the jaunt through madness to obtain our required household goods. We were greeted by two friendly, helpful team members who quickly took our order and made our food quickly while we waited. I ordered a specialty sub, the chicken bacon ranch. I was pleasantly surprised that for $ 7 I was handed a foot long sandwich, with a generous amount of turkey, romaine lettuce, tomatoes, and of course BACON, on a wheat roll. It was enough for two people. I like that it was fresh and simple, just meat cheese and veggies. Good ranch dressing too. My wife ordered the Italian sandwich, like she always does, everywhere we go. She ordered it without Capicola ham, because neither one of us is really a fan of the salty meat. It’s kinda like prosciutto, which again neither of us care for so much. From what I could tell, she thought it was a good deal and tasted decent. I had a bite, it was standard, it was an Italian sandwich. I have eaten here before and I will return. You will notice from the pictures that they make pizzas to order and they have special deals every day. Grab n Go is a great addition to the corner of shops which includes Annys burger, panda express, and coldstone. Give it a try, you will enjoy it. For the $$$ it is a much better bargain than many sandwich shops I have been to and they use fresh top quality ingredients. They have another location on Magnolia also. Both locations do it right. They take good care of ya. Go grab a sandwich! :)

The service here is always fast and super friendly. The subs are outstanding. I work nearby and always get these on my lunch break. They also have lots of great soups! I couldn’t be happier with my experience

Grab and go is great! Delicious sandwich! The prices are good and the service is fast! Their Sandwiches taste a lot better than the cardboard taste of subway! I don’t need to watch my Sandwich made to enjoy it. Too bad there are not more locations! Yay, the parking is tight and the hours are limited. But worth it!!!

Best sub I’ve had in a long time. Veggies were fresh and the bread tasted like someone made it from scratch in a bakery. Will definitely return for some more.

Iam assuming that the flowers, bogivillas on the wall are still growing! The sandwiches were good, and probably still are! I sat on that wall over forty years ago, and there was white animals showing up on that wall especially during the late, early morning hours! Spread up too the street where the person that worked there forty years ago, use too live up near the church where there are great white owls still being visible! Sincerely, Steve Sherman

I love their huge selection of subs and how they are always willing to acommedate my cravings. Their location is extremely clean and they have fresh bread and veggies chopped everyday! Lastly, their Oatmeal & Raisen cookie is mouth watering!

Great sandwiches at this tiny place. Service has sometimes been spotty(i.e. «we’re out of that» or «can’t do credit cards») but the deliciousness of each and every sandwich I’ve tried makes up for any shortcoming. Take«The Sicilian:» All briny pickled olives and other assorted veggies balanced with delicious meaty salami and mortadella, plus a tiny heat from some pepperoncini … I think there are cheeses and veggies in there, too, but you get the idea. …and there’s like thirty more where that came from, all just as finely crafted and each satisfying another comer.

I used to go the one downtown but I don’t work there anymore. I was happily surprised to find this one nearer to my home. My stand-by is the hot pastrami as I typically order that wherever I can find it. It’s OK here, not my favorite though. It’ll do in a pinch, just make sure you drink a ton of water since it’s very salty.

Grab & go is one of my top spots when I am out and about and looking for a quick spot for lunch. I usually get the Greek salad but the pastrami sandwich is also good, unhealthy, but good.

Great place for a quick bite and better than Subway and very comparable to Jersey Mikes. The sandwiches are fairly substantial and taste great. The Go-To is the traditional Grab-and-go. With a drink and chips it comes out to be just under $ 7. Becareful around lunch because they do get crowded from businesses around the area and hospital traffic. Definitely a worthwhile stop for a quick lunch!

My sister used to work in this area. Every once in a while we would stop by grab & go! Got to say they have great wraps! Especially when you know that you are choosing the healthier option they are equally if not more tasty than the subs. The establishment is on the smaller end and can get busy at the lunch hour being so close to Kaiser. But service is always fairly quick… Sticking true to their«grab & go» name!

The name and the outside made me think the store would be a hole-in-the-wall deli with a selection of Italian-theme named sandwiches filled with different combinations of salami and ham… It was much nicer then that. The sandwich was nothing special though.

Grab and go is a great family business in San Diego. It is most definitely my favorite place to get a sub! I love the grilled cheese feta, hot Italian village, and the hot pastrami(best pastrami you can get on the west coast). The guy with tattoos on his arm is really cute. This is where you should go for a classic sub in San Diego!

After my visit at Kaiser I stopped by here to have a sub. I did not grab mine because I ordered the The Sicilian on a toasted roll with Capicola, Genoa Salami, Mortadella, Swiss Cheese, Tomatoes, Pepperoncinis, Olive Salad, and Oil & Vinegar for only $ 6.99 tax included.( ) The Sicilian was very good. The roll had a crusty exterior and was warm and moist in the center. The meats came with a single layer of each type. My favorite was hands down the cappy. It was flavorful with a nice kick especially around the ends.( ) All the meats were tightly wrapped around the roll with the center filled with spicy pepperoncinis and zesty olive salad.( ) it was also loaded with fresh tomatoes and a generous amounts of oil and vinegar.( ) All the ingredients together made for a great sandwich. My only beef with this sandwich would be that it needed more cheese. I could hardly taste nor texturally feel it… The service was very good and the sandwiches come out rather quickly even during the lunch rush I encountered. Great sandwiches and good prices is what I am talking about!

My Husband took us to this shop(to get subs to take to the zoo), he’s been before when he worked out this way. We arrived after 10:30, no one else there, so service was fast! 4⁄5 of us ordered the turkey & cheese on wheat and Husband ordered the Italian dry salami. I really wanted a pastrami, but it only comes as the HOT sandwich(bummer!). We had them made«dry»(with mustard, mayo oil & vinegar on the side) and even after a few hours of walking around the Zoo, they were still great. Prices are a little cheaper than that big sandwich shop, and I think I like these rolls & turkey better! They make a pretty good 10″ sub with meat cheese and veggies on a soft roll. We’ll be back for sure! They offer cold subs, hot and toasted subs, salads, soups and wraps and extras that range from .25-$ 1. Prices range from $ 4.69-$ 7.29. Hours for this location are M-F 9:30 — 4:30, Sa– 10 – 4.
