History
Established in 2006.
Green Truck was the FIRST gourmet food truck on the road in Los Angeles, and was created by two visionaries Kam Miceli and Mitchell Collier, who wanted to make organic food more accessible to the public, with virtually zero carbon footprint. Green Truck now operates 4 alternatively fueled trucks in Los Angeles, New York, and now San Diego, and has satisfied customers ranging from Coachella, to Oprah, to HBO.
