I like this liquor store because it has good selection of stuff. The prices are alright. It’s right next to a taco shop. So yay.

I stop here often to pick up lottery tickets because I have had some luck with the scratch off tickets purchased from this location. It is generally pretty quiet with regular people doing regular things but on occasion there can be some shady characters hanging around outside. Inside the store is clean and organized, they carry your typical snack foods, sodas, energy drinks and of course beer, wine and spirits. Parking is always a challenge because it’s a small parking lot that has an awkward layout that is shared with another business.

I have not been here since I was a teen, so last week. This place has not changed. The only difference is now that they removed the bus stop from the side of their building the dreaded traffic in the parking lot is not so bad. Go in get what you need and bounce. This is not a hangout! Remember this is still on the FCOD

2.5 stars. Pretty standard liquor store. Good selection, decent prices. A few hard to finds like Stack. As far as the location goes(FCOD) it’s not a big deal. There are going to be vagabonds and knuckleheads everywhere you go, you just have to keep your head on a swivel. The parking isn’t very good here but I’ve never had a problem. And I’ve never seen any shootings, robbings, assaults etc. The people who work there keep it pretty short with you which is to be expected. They’re not condescending, at least not to me, so that’s good. If I was in the area I would personally stop by and not think twice about it. So don’t be afraid because of all the stories. And don’t be afraid to tell a panhandler HELLNO!

Ghetto liquor store in the ghetto… with ghetto employees. But hey, a liquor store is a liquor store so whatever LOL. Parking sucks because they have a few businesses next door to them who all share the same parking… so if you are walking distance I recommend walking.

This is a cool liqueur store, the workers are alright but some of their things are a bit overpriced especially the canned foods. It’s great if you need to run in and grab something especially a lotto ticket. Night time is a bit shady especially outside you’ll get some interesting characters.

You know for being in the hood this is a nice spot. Yes sometimes you may have to deal with some shady people when you try to get in but they do carry some items that are hard to find. They had Green Label Johnny Walker and Jack Daniels when I went in. Staff weren’t as friendly but for the location I understand completely. If your scared only go during the day and avoid people selling you stuff and asking to go in the ally if your smart you will live longer.

Your local neighborhood liquor store, located on the Four Corners of Death(Euclid and Imperial). Very ghetto store. It reminds me of the stores that I went to when I was growing up in the hood. They have all the typical«dive» convenience store items here as well as your local neighborhood characters. At night though, don’t come through the area unless you’re strapped with a gun. Real Talk.

Look up the word«ghetto liquor store» in Websters Dictionary and you would more than likely see a picture of Greene Cat Liquors. This long time nieghborhood establishment is located in the center of the«hood», as it rightfully should be. Greene Cat Liquors, when viewed from the outside, reeks and oozes of total ghetto-ness.Its dirty, dingy, and nasty. Once your inside the establishment, the store continues to live up to its ghetto-dive atmosphere. Cheap beer, liquor, cigarettes, and tasteless porn mags reign supreme here! If your brave enough to visit this historical landmark on Imperial Ave, be fully prepared to deal with bums, whinos, pimps, and bangers. Cries of «Sir, you got 50 cents?“ring out loud and clear as you walk across the parking lot. I visited this place twice while I was working at a nearby construction site and needed water, snacks, etc. The store served my needs but I quickly realized that this is no place for a white boy to be conducting business in! I decided not to tempt fate and vowed to never return! Greene Cat Liquors recieves1 star for location and 3 stars for service. The grand tally…1.5 star rating. Recommended only if you come armed with a pistol for personal protection.
