Established in 2003.

With over 7 years experience in Title Insurance in San Diego, I have worked in some very exciting markets. My clientele ranges from Realtors and Mortgage Professionals, to Developers and Investors. I’ve built my business on being honest and up-​front regarding transactional problems, working to solve those problems, and always delivering the most open lines of communication possible. Building long lasting business relationships has been an important part of the success of my business. Many of my clients have become personal friends over the years. Greg most definitely deserves all his 5 star reviews. I can’t speak from a realtor’s point of view, but as a private individual, I found Greg to be top notch. His response times are faster than the speed of light (ok, maybe I’m exaggerating a bit there), but he is extremely prompt at getting back to you, and his communication skills are clear and concise. His knowledge and expertise are quite impressive and he has a great team backing him up.
He sure saved my fanny, as well as was instrumental in helping us maximize our profits on the last real estate transaction due to his recommendations to hire a Real Estate broker rather than do a «For Sale By Owner» deal. I wasn’t open to his suggestion in the beginning, and just wanted his assistance in handling all the legalities and paperwork myself. And he would have helped me had I gone down that road, but thankfully he convinced me to at least entertain the notion of speaking to a Real Estate agent. As a result of his advise, with the broker, we netted far, far more than we would have otherwise. How much money have I left on the table in the past I wonder by not hiring a Realtor? Thank you, thank you, thank you, Greg for teaching this old dog a new trick!

As an office manager, I get petitioned quite often to work with other title reps. But when it comes down to it, customer service is by far the number one thing you want in a title officer and Greg delivers. He works tirelessly to ensure you understand what the report says, but also continuously checks up throughout each transaction to answer any questions. Unfortunately he’s a Seahawks fan so… that would be my only negative.

If you’re an agent reading this now, then you know that every deal has its «thing» that you gotta get through, that you couldn’t have possibly pre-​accounted for, that will make-​it or break-​it … where only the best find a way.
I had the pleasure of experiencing that moment most recently, on a transaction where Greg was the title rep. Out of nowhere, dude shows up with this «I’ll get it done» attitude and literally took the issue (which didn’t even directly deal with his role in this transaction) in his own hands and found a way to make it work.
That’s Pro.

As a busy Downtown San Diego real estate agent, I come across and meet many title companies and representatives. Often times in escrow, a title report is submitted and you never meet the rep or company. It feels very impersonal and you feel like «just another number» for the title company. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY NOT THE CASE WITH GREG.
From the beginning, i knew something was pleasantly different as he followed up after receipt of title and asked if myself or my clients had any questions. We did and he was able to answer quickly, in great detail. and more importantly to the satisfaction of my clients. He put every one at ease.
Greg is highly recommended. It is obvious he cares and puts 100% into his job.
