Had an appointment scheduled for 2 weeks. When we got there we sat for 40 mins past our appt time and then we’re told it would be even longer! Horrible customer service

I was here on 01/​28/​2016 after spending a stressed out day trying to get someone to fix the mistake on my taxes that H & R Block-​Tierrasanta (see my Unilocal review) made resulting in my wages being garnished. I had an appointment with Ross Swing. Ross saw the issue but wasn’t sure how to fix it so he had Jerrold Fisher look at the return with him. Those two together were awesome! They listened to the issue, reviewed the documents and found the errors and came up with a solution on how to fix it. I was so relieved that the error is fixable, even though there isn’t an overnight fix. I have an appointment next week to get the issue resolved. If you must go to an H & R block this is the one to go to!
